There was no waiting in line for folks to get there prescriptions and also check out all the additional items they bought in the store. We are definitely going to start giving them all of our prescription business. It's a little further drive but worth it.”

“The cashier Pauleetta, she is a nice person but man she is really, really, Really slow! Besides that, the Walmart is very clean! I mostly come in here at night because I live next door and they are doing their nightly restock and this one kid seemed like her really didn't ant to be there. He had headphones in his ears and he seen I was trying to get to the yogurt and he just watched me struggle trying to get past all the stuff that was blocking the yogurt. Bruce really helped me a lot! I knew that you can't use WIC at the self checkout so I asked him would he be able to help me in which he did. He was super nice”

“This Publix is very close to my house, this is my favorite bakery as far as Publix goes. My only complaint is the meat/sub department. During season, I give a 10 minute grace period for quoted times for mobile orders and it ALWAYS ends up being even further behind. I don't know if this is a system error or if there are just so many people ordering in person that mobile orders get pushed to the side, but there's no point in doing a mobile order if you are waiting around and extra 25 min for it, like today.”

If this location didn't exist, I wouldn't use CVS at all based on the way the staff at the other locations treated me and talked down to me like I was a crackhead. “My husband was diagnosed with Covid while visiting Florida. Not something you want while taking your 1st vacation in 3 years.The doctor at a walk in clinic prescribed an antibody drug but the Walmart pharmacy in another fort Meyers did not have it. The super Walmart store sent us to the San Carlos Walmart as they had a similar medication. When we arrived they had not received the script properly and the clinic had us extremely upset with a series of events. The pharmacist and the staff did everything they could to help receive the script but their hands were tied by the clinic. I spent 3 hours waiting and the pharmacist was so kind and patient as were the staff. Brandon , Rita, Syde and Nurida. They were all so kind and patient. They made several calls and sent faxes while I waited . We realize that it’s a busy time in the medical world but it was a series of events of incompetence on the part of the Naples clinic that created this mess. I was extremely anxious but the concern of the San Carlos Walmart pharmacy and pharmacist helped ease me and helped so much to expedite getting my husband his medication. Special thanks to all of the employees there!!”

“I love this Walgreens for its location, ease of parking, availability of products, and wonderful employees. But it is very understaffed. Particularly the pharmacy. You could be trapped in the drive-through for an hour. I always feel bad for pharmacists. It feels like the company doesn't care about this location. Which is crazy because it is a prime location! I hope I am wrong and the company addresses its staffing issues here. Walgreens' new cuts are seriously affecting its customers. Not a great thing when your life is in their hands. But kudos to everyone who works there for doing such a fabulous job under really crummy conditions!”

“I don't remember the lady that helped us name but I remember her name tag said she had been working there since 1997. She was super cool and very friendly! After checking out I went over to my boyfriend to see if he was being helped. Once I walked over she was showing him different Cologne and she wanted my help on figuring out which one was best for him. Once I found one that we all liked I told him to buy it. Me, her and him chatted about everything cologne. You would have thought we all knew each other. She was so helpful and friendly! I glad that she was there to help him because he wasn't sure which one he wanted and not only did she work there but she knew about cologne so she was able to tell him stuff about the cologne that he nor I knew about. I'm happy that I came in and met her! She was such a big ball of fun!”
