“I can't thank the folks at TRx Pharmacy enough. I came to them with questions about an injectable drug my doctors want to use on me. It was extraordinarily expensive - $13,500 per vial. TRx staff couldn't get the drug because it was a specialty item - but they took time to research it for me, located the manufacturer, got me the contact number and told me to call the manufacturer to explorer the possibility of help paying for the drug since I am a self pay client. That was six months ago. Next week, I will be going through the procedure with this drug in question. It cost me only $3,500. I thank God every moment for the TRx pharmacists. If they hadn't taken the time to help me - walking me through the process without charging me a dime - I would be out of luck and still in pain. You can't imagine what this means to me. The rest always the same with this economy is not much what you save; between the 3 wholesale stores^ Sam, Costco, and BJ's, yeah. No much differences. Prices $$$$ No qualified as competitive. “I only go here for the price of gas. It's usually 30 cents per gallon cheaper compared to "public" gas stations. Most, if not all times I will have to wait 10-15 minutes for a pump. However, it might be faster if you go to any pump since it's dual.”

“I love this Walgreens for its location, ease of parking, availability of products, and wonderful employees. But it is very understaffed. Particularly the pharmacy. You could be trapped in the drive-through for an hour. I always feel bad for pharmacists. It feels like the company doesn't care about this location. Which is crazy because it is a prime location! I hope I am wrong and the company addresses its staffing issues here. Walgreens' new cuts are seriously affecting its customers. Not a great thing when your life is in their hands. But kudos to everyone who works there for doing such a fabulous job under really crummy conditions!”

“The cashier Pauleetta, she is a nice person but man she is really, really, Really slow! Besides that, the Walmart is very clean! I mostly come in here at night because I live next door and they are doing their nightly restock and this one kid seemed like her really didn't ant to be there. He had headphones in his ears and he seen I was trying to get to the yogurt and he just watched me struggle trying to get past all the stuff that was blocking the yogurt. Bruce really helped me a lot! I knew that you can't use WIC at the self checkout so I asked him would he be able to help me in which he did. He was super nice”

“I recently took my van in for my 6 month tire rotation, as I have every 6 months since I bought my tires 2 years ago. To my unhappy surprise, I was told my newer, low mile tires were not able to be rotated, as they were too worn. (I rarely drive outside of the Cape...I am a soccer mom that drops off & picks up from school.) Rudy was AMAZING! He pulled all my information, inspected my van and tires, and put me in contact with Matt the manager. After reviewing everything carefully, Matt and Rudy were able to apply our tire warranty, order and install new tires (all within a week). We drove away yesterday as the rain came down, safe again for my family, at just a fraction of the cost! Thank you Cape Coral Tire Team for taking good care of your valued customers! “I took prescriptions related to upcoming cataract surgery to CVS. One med covered under Part D, and one not covered. When I provided manufacturer's coupon for med not covered I was advised I would need to contact Medicare to work it out. Total cost for both near $300. I then went to Walmart Neighborhood Market. Sherri very helpful and efficient. First pass through would have saved nearly $20 over CVS. I presented the coupon to Sherri and she promptly plugged it into the computer and the total of $120 for both prescriptions popped out. She was very helpful, cordial, and efficient. “I needed 2 new tires and even though they had a full schedule, they still added me to their schedule. I have never seen a more professional and kind group of gentleman in an auto center. The very next day, I ran over a nail and one of my new tires was completely flat! This happened after the auto center was already closed. Matt, one of the mechanics, was still in the shop (although his shift was over) he didn't even hesitate with fixing my tire.
