“I liked using the self checkout. I had variety of items to scan. I had different fruits and vegetables with different barcodes and amounts. It was pretty simple to use. A cashier was there to help when I scanned an item too many times. I'm disabled and need to go at a slower pace a lot of the time. This allowed me to get what I need at my pace, take care of shopping myself and get assistance when needed. I appreciate Publix for having the options. I'm 46, disabled, independent and a very loyal Publix customer.”
“Ordered online so I could just walk in and out. Was close to closing. When I got there the order wasn't made and the item I wanted wasn't available anymore. They allowed a substitute but had to wait another 30 mins. That's the only problem I've ever had in years of shopping at Publix.”

“Sam’s Club gas usually has some of the best prices around, which is why the lines are almost always long. You do need a membership, they only take credit cards, and having to use the app can be kind of a pain sometimes. Even with the hassle, the savings on gas still make it worth stopping by.”

“The cashier Pauleetta, she is a nice person but man she is really, really, Really slow! Besides that, the Walmart is very clean! I mostly come in here at night because I live next door and they are doing their nightly restock and this one kid seemed like her really didn't ant to be there. He had headphones in his ears and he seen I was trying to get to the yogurt and he just watched me struggle trying to get past all the stuff that was blocking the yogurt. Bruce really helped me a lot! I knew that you can't use WIC at the self checkout so I asked him would he be able to help me in which he did. He was super nice”

“This is my favorite pharmacy. I have been in the Cape for over 20 years and have tried Walgeens, CVS, and other Publix locations. The customer service at this location is great! They go out of their way to find best price or coupons for me. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that Publix often has to order meds. Low stock is the norm at any Publix Pharmacy. I would not go anywhere else though.”

He was eager to go out of his way to help me and find me the best deal on my medication. It was late in the day on a Friday evening and despite being busy, he made sure I got my script filled promptly.”

Tried CVS and Walgreens disaster as did my insurance wrong then not have my meds said backorder and never came in ( both pharmacies) Walgreens rudest ever went to in decades. Use this pharmacy!”
“I request refills and manage prescriptions using Lee Health My Chart. Prescriptions are normally ready within in a couple of hours and if they need to contact a doctor for refills it is normally done by the next day. It is a walk to get to the pharmacy from the parking area (but it's exercise - yay or you can use their shuttle service). I find this pharmacy much more accurate, convenient and a lot less frustrating then dealing with the incompetency of Walgreen's. I'm glad I got my prescriptions transferred over.”
