I purchased fertilizer from my Saint Augustine and zoysia grass. Setting perfect on the spreader and it burned my Zoysia and not the st augustine very poor product

As a handyman I’m in and out of hardware stores all the time and even though Ace is significantly smaller than the bigger box stores I’ve never NOT found what I was looking for. The staff at this location is super friendly and knowledgeable.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank all the fine folks at Cronin Ace of 210. I am thoroughly so grateful of the wonderful folks that work here. Bill, Clint, and Kyle have always been absolutely positively wonderful to work with. They keep me coming back time and time again to shop both this store and the Nocatee/US1 store both. I just wanted to take a few minutes to say a Huge Thank you to these folks and the job they do! They are great for the St Johns Community!

Yes, there is a price to pay for convenience, but my experience with this business today left me disgruntled. Please note that the employees are courteous & helpful. It's what they charge.
I purchased 20 bags of red lava rock, got $20.00 off with 2 coupon cards I had & also used my military discount of 5%. I still paid more for those 20 bags than I would anywhere else because this ACE charges $9.99 for a bag of red lava rock!
Hagan Ace charges $6.99 per bag so I went there to purchase 25 more bags & I paid LESS at Hagan & received 5 more bags & I didn't have any coupons! Go figure.
I know it's expensive in St Johns County, but $9.99 a bag for red lava rock is INSANE.
Cronin probably hopes you won't go elsewhere due to the 'convenience' of this location. And they may be right. I guess it will depend on the urgency for an item that one needs & how much more you are willing to pay.
I will have to rethink going to this establishment in the future.

Went in for help changing the screws on my license plate one day since I noticed the old ones I had it mounted with were quite rusty. I didn't have a screwdriver, but one of the staff was very helpful and came outside with me to my car, used his own screwdriver to unscrew one of the old screws to then check it inside for a compatible alternative, and was then able to help me purchase them and installed them for me on my plate! Very kind and friendly and helpful customer service.
