We thought we had a great rep in Sam, but after the deal was done we learned he had misled us on add-ons and port-in credits. When we pointed this out he blamed us, stating he told us all about the next up anytime fee of $10 a month and we agreed to it. THat was a flat out lie since we were asked if we wanted to sign up for that and we said NO. It was added to all out lines. ALso we were promised $15 monthly credits for 36 months for porting our phones from Xfinity to AT&T. I am on my 3rd month dealing with removing the next up anytime fees AND trying to get my port-in credits to apply to my account. The manager of the tore Jamie (spelled Issei on his name tag) was realy good at smoothing things out, but we are still dealing with this BS. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!! They are liars.

I highly recommend this location! I love about 30 minutes away and I will continue to drive through this location to be helped by these wonderful employees. With The town center location about five minutes away from me. I placed an online order that was canceled by the system because it was showing things that were in stock that actually weren’t. I didn’t know this until I was almost at the store so I went in anyways to see if we could figure something out. Jesse ended up having to help me because what I was trying to do ended up being really complicated and I wasn’t even sure I was going to walk out of the store with a new phone. However, all of the associates at this location went out of their way to accommodate me and help with the situation. They even stayed after closing to make sure I got everything I wanted and needed. Jesse really came through and made the impossible possible. Not only did I walk out with the new phone that I wanted but with a new Apple Watch and a lowered monthly bill. That’s incredible! HIGHLY recommend. Thank you all so much!

Best AT&T location, could have went to another location with a better deal but the people in this store is fabulous and want you to be satisfied whether it's a phone or case. Management has create a teamwork culture that is not seen often these days.

Genesis was very attentive and eager to help out. She solved every problem that I brought in immediately and took her time to explain everything in detail to me, also very patient because I am sight impaired. She also assisted me wonderfully with getting me all set up with my new iPhone. Her personality was lovely and I will be returning to see her personally. I can't thank her enough.
