STRONG DO NOT RECOMMEND. Visit 9039 Southside Blvd instead. In late October I purchased 4 phones as upgrades. One of these phones was shipped because it was not in stock in the store. The rep told me to bring in all 4 phones for trade in when ready. I turned in 3 on 11/4 and was given receipts but not given a receipt for the one turned in on 11/5. I was promised that I would get a receipt electronically the next day. Two weeks later and I visited the store and spent 2 hours spent there waiting for my phone or a receipt. I was told the phone was in a shipping package that could not be opened without a manager and was promised a call back by the manager. Yesterday, same story. I do not expect the issue to be resolved, am out the return value of $820 and still have to pay on the phone every month.

Enders and Jesse Are the reason why I'm staying with AT&T this store is my home store from now on !y DIRECTV stream is cheaper and with more channels definitely the best AT&T in Florida

The young girl wouldn’t allow me to drop off my trade in phone after I was told days ago I could either mail or bring in. After explaining this to her, she said sorry policy changed. Took my phone to another ATT no problem. The lack of customer service here is ridiculous. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else

I just went to this store for the first time and I had a great experience! The staff were efficient and knowledgeable. The manager was also very helpful in helping with my issue.

Rodrigo was amazing! He helped me transfer over from verizon! Save me about $100 a month on my phone bill! I went from $166 to $65! I also was able to get the newest iPhone! Just make sure your current phone is in good condition!I came in by chance, & i’m glad i did! Any amount of savings helps in this economy!

Horrible connection, home internet losses connection hourly, for someone who works from home this is by far the worst option, at&t needs to quit serving beachwalk community on 210 & let real provider like xfinity to run their lines & provide services down here. Until xfinity comes and wipes out your pre-installed into the house garbage devices from our home we switched to Verizon which has been providing astonishing service as a backup until xfinity comes into here. I strongly suggest not going with at&t nor tmobile if your from beachwalk area just to save yourself time & stress

By far the BEST store I have visited! The entire team including Isai have been the most knowledgeable, most helpful, and by far the most professional than I experienced at any AT&T store! Thos store os the sole reason I kept service today amd they resolved any issues expeditiously!

Ashley was so sweet and helpful! We came in to switch wireless carriers and trade in our phones. She helped us get everything set up and was so patient with our questions. She also helped us improve our wifi and bundle our plans! Her male coworker friend was great too!

Me and my mom went in the store today to get help with my mom's phone. A really nice girl named Ashley helped my mom with her phone. We will never forget her!! She helped us right away, and she was very kind :) She deserves an award!!

The only store that refused to follow corporate account policy to allow me to check on my phone. When I asked the salesperson to show me the policy, he couldn’t. When I asked for a manager, he said there was none available. When I asked for a card from the store, there was none of that available either.I confirmed with corporate that they were wrong in making up a policy- confirmation with ID can be done via video. That is the whole point of technology.

I walked in to AT&T and Lenore was the first person up to help me and she was amazing. So quick and efficient, she helped me with everything that I needed with a great attitude. Would highly recommend her to anybody!

My first impression of this location was less than subpar. Lenore changed that quickly!! Long story short I had been dealing with a jacked up account and didn’t receive the correct phones to begin with and no one was willing to really look into what could be done that did not involve me spitting out hundreds of dollars to fix a problem att created. Thankfully after speaking to customer service they assured me this was an easy fix but I had to return to the store. I was upset because I had been there on 3 other occasions and left more upset than the time before. I explained to Lenore what was going on and immediately she pulled up my account read the notes and called customer service to see what could be done and how… she was able to do what 3 other employees (including a manager over the phone) told me could not be done. Thank you so much for remedying the many issues I was having and taking the time to investigate to give me a better experience. You guys need to promote her!!!

Run as far away from this store as you can. The blatant lies, and lack of professionalism and experience on their part shows. They are of Zero help and the young lady who was the manager who allegedly was there to “assist” is a complete Embarrassment and of ZERO help. Also would help if your stores manager could have a mildly more professional appearance when in the work place.This is now three times(obviously my fault) I’ve tried to do business with this store and both times have now been a complete and laughable disaster. Just do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance for another ATT store and go anywhere but here. In the end It’ll save yourself time and peace of mind having to deal with the stores complete Negligence and obvious incompetence.
