Bryan Chambliss is “The Man!” I brought my daughter‘s Volkswagen to him, thinking that I had a bad battery, or a bad alternator, and he was able to diagnose immediately and it was, a loose connector on the battery. He got me fixed up and out the door no problem, free of charge. I appreciate him and his excellent customer service and knowledge.👌

The shock absorber on my wife's van blew up while we were visiting from Maryland. I called ahead to see if they had a couple tools I could borrow because its a pretty easy repair. I need a 14mm socket, a 17mm socket, a wrench, and a jack. That was it. I spoke to Bruce. Bruce basically told me to not come. He said they couldn't loan me a jack but they could sell me one. And he couldn't loan me a socket. But he could sell me one. Do you see the pattern here? The whole time he sounded fraught. He basically told me not to come. I went to O'Reilly auto parts and did the repair (with those exact tools) in about an hour. Thanks for nothing auto zone. O'Reilly all day. I sit in the van that I repaired on our way home.

Thanks to Ms Amber who helped me change my battery even though it was difficult to change she took her time to do that even when I told her a different autozone to me they couldn’t do it because It would be a hassle Thank you so much MS Amber

Terrible customer service! Disrespectful towards customers, standing around chit chatting, not even acknowledging people when they walk in or giving them mocking looks. They're rude and unprofessional in their interactions. I would give it a zero if I could. Avoid!!!

Went here couple times and staff was nice but idk if just the person that was helping me was not knowledgeable at all. I seem to know more than him on this particular item. I was looking for wipers and i was told that it’s a 22” wipers. But i forgot what type of hook, and i know i have a type of hook and he couldn’t tell me what my car needs. And was trying to sell me $80 worth of wipers!!! No one needs that in this inflation. Never going to this place again.

I was in need of a new car battery and I stopped at Walmart auto center and they were very unhelpful. Drove over to AutoZone and met Max Salsedo and he was fantastic and so much help. Very easy to work with and patient highly recommend AutoZone at Durbin.
Even my little boy said he gets five out of five stars

Sometimes I can get overwhelmed with anything that has to do with my car needing something. But…the staff at this Auto Zone were so awesome! They happened to not be too busy when I got there and not only did Zuleyka help me get the right air filters for my engine and cabin and windshield wipers, she installed them for me! Bryan also came out to help and they knocked everything out quickly. Zuleyka answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel ridiculous for asking any of them, no matter how simple. She is very knowledgeable. I will always go back to this store for any products I need for my car!

Went in to get a brake light bulb. The staff seemed more interested in stocking shelves than helping me. Someone came over and looked up what i needed. I got home and it is the wrong bulb...so a big waste of time. I usually go to O'Reillys as they are always helpful.
