We had a great experience at this BoA location. It has a small-town bank feel. We took our 4 daughters in to open accounts, which was a lengthy process. We did not make reservations, but we're still taken care of promptly. You are always addressed immediately upon entering. The staff is responsive and did what they could to make the lengthy stay manageable with 4 children. And ultimately, we walked out with exactly what we needed. Shout out to Mr. Patrick for his part in our great experience.

Just poor service in general. Don’t even care to look at the accounts to see that you deposit the same things every single month the same way. You might as well just replace with robots.

Staff at this branch is always extremely helpful. Happy to be with Bank Of America in light of all the bank failures going on right now. Grateful for the staff at this branch for taking care of me.

Been a customer for many years. Came in to notarize my signature on a document for my business. I have an business account with an out-of-state bank so figured I'd get it handled with my personal bank. Was promptly turned around at the door and given some poor excuse as to why MY signature could not be notarized. The rep went as far as saying that I would have to get it done through my business bank because they can verify me. Which doesn't make sense, of course, because....you know...I have my ID to verify me as well as Bank of America debit card.Went to the Race Track location and what a difference. Got it notarized right away. However, since Race Track is quite a drive for me, I will likely be closing my accounts with Bank of America and moving across the parking lot to Wells Fargo.

Tried to set up auto pay in bank on auto loan. Was told on phone any bank location could privde, , should be able to its an auto pay loan form to ensure timely payment..-Denied & told must do it online although customer service told me location could give form to fill out and mail in.Why have location and employees if they aren't willing to help and don't accept "I don't want to install an app when I don't Bank with you just for a car payment."Exactly why I quit banking over 10 years ago. Nothing has changed.

I've always had a great experience with the team at this branch. I understand when the staff is busy servicing other customers, so I plan and have a backup plan in case I run into a time crunch. I needed a notary, wired transfers, and proof of funds services.

I am a "premium" bank of America customer. Notary here said it would be 45 minutes to get 1 document notarized. The Notary was doing teller duty. However, no customers were there, they were hand counting pennies. What a joke.

Was told there was ONE person at this location that could answer some questions I have regarding retirement plans. Its been over a week since the one person who can help returned from vacation. I have left a few voicemails for them but they can't be bothered to return any calls. Terrible customer service.

It's hard to believe I still do any banking at bofa. The service in the store was OK except they worked WAY WAY too hard to upsell you on anything possible. It was enough that I'd tell them no before they even said a word. Since it is now "temporarily closed', I had to call the 800 number, 432-1000. Worst service EVER. I hardly EVER venture out to call them, for I know it'll be painful. But I had to here, so I called today, 3/17/2021. I had to wait on hold 5 minutes, then hit 1 to get a call back. Got a call back 13 minutes later, she could not help me, said she would tie in credit card group. I asked, you mean dump me off to someone else? And she said no, I will tie you in. Then she dumped me off to credit card group anyhow. Another rep answered, I told them what I need, she said one moment and dropped me off to ANOTHER number, and 16 minutes, and here I sit. The. worst. It's bad enough to make me undo everything and go bank somewhere else, anywhere else. If you are looking for a bank that gives a damn about it's customers and has good service, don't walk but run away from bofa. What a train wreck their service is.

I have to agree with all the negative reviews here. I am not sure what has gone wrong with this branch, but it is a disaster. I’ll drive 30 miles to go somewhere else. This review is based on several bad experiences here.

Do not try to get a loan with Boa. Been with them over 30 years, credit 780, had 3 times the money in the bank to buy the house we wanted a loan for, was pre approved for triple the loan amount we sought, income well over 6 figures, they dropped the ball a week before close and gave us some run around about why the loan wasn't approved yet. Totally horrible experience. We had to pay cash for our home. Will probably get an equity loan soon since rates are great.
