Nobody answers the phone and no offer to call back. For me, that is really bad customer service

Worst bank service I have ever had in my life. I requested a simple check order. Person in training (even after asking for help from another person) still could not spell my name correctly even with my ID in front, or successfully put in simple check orders. Requested wire transfer service, after 20 min wait and being told someone would be right with me, same person literally walked out the door. Complete waste of time and horrible lack of professionalism.

Came on a Thursday 11am without an appointment. Friendly and professional young staff helped me answer some questions on current in-branch credit card offers and reorder a new debit card. The branch it self is clean and inviting. Happy to keep coming here as my primary banking location.

The essence of a bank is 'trust.'
However, despite visiting the bank at the scheduled time to open an account, I was informed that no appointment had been made. Instead, I was advised to reschedule at another branch approximately two hours later. This experience made me feel that my time and schedule were not respected at all.
While banks impose fees even if customers are just one day late, they take no responsibility for wasting customers' time and breaking the critical 'trust' that forms the foundation of their business. After this incident, I am seriously considering closing all my accounts with Chase Bank.

I recently visited the bank and had the pleasure of being assisted by Linda. I had an unusual request because I wanted to teach my child how to count with real money. Linda went above and beyond to help me. She patiently gathered pennies, quarters, and nickels for me, ensuring I had everything I needed. Her dedication and kindness made a big difference, and I am extremely thankful for her help. Linda’s exceptional service and willingness to assist with my unique request truly stand out. Thank you, Linda, for your outstanding support!

Terrible customer service with them for 15yrs and it’s been horrible, god forbid something happens with your account they dont want to help. My go to bank is my credit union very friendly. Stay away from Chase you will not get the customer service you want

Mirza Magazin and Stephanie Shirey deserve the utmost recognition for their exceptional customer service displayed during my recent visit to Chase. Mirza and Stephanie went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a positive one.
What really stood out to me was Mirza and Stephanie's dedication to making sure I was completely satisfied with my transaction and account. They took the time to explain the features and benefits of the account options, and even offered to demonstrate how they worked. They were knowledgable, well trained, detail oriented, efficient and helpful.
Overall, I am extremely grateful for the outstanding customer service I received from Mirza and Stephanie. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience, and I will definitely be returning to Chase in the future thanks to their excellent service.
