Terrible customer service with them for 15yrs and it’s been horrible, god forbid something happens with your account they dont want to help. My go to bank is my credit union very friendly. Stay away from Chase you will not get the customer service you want

Businesses beware !We opened a business account for our business of 7 years deposited a customers check the same day. Thought everything was fine, until we went to deposit another check 2 days later and the teller "couldn't" no explanation why.. Couple more days past we needed to withdraw & deposit checks so my husband went inside (4495 Roosevelt Blvd Ste 407, Jacksonville, FL 32210) teller was extremely rude and decided to help someone else as if our business wasn't important enough for her time. They cashed my clients check but said it needed to be verified before being available in our account, with my customer on the phone he confirmed the money had already been taken out of his account and they could call him now to verify but the teller must've thought that was too much work and ask my husband to leave ! Also wouldn't accept any other check to deposit into our account.. Once my husband called the gentleman that set up our account at this location he unlocked our account but with the horrible experience at the bank location near our office that we'd have to use frequently we decided to close the account ! Well they decided to close every credit card we had for many years even though when asked if we wanted to close our credit cards we stated NO. So now they are trying to play with our credit by closing 3 major credit cards that we used on a regular basis.

Mirza Magazin and Stephanie Shirey deserve the utmost recognition for their exceptional customer service displayed during my recent visit to Chase. Mirza and Stephanie went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a positive one.What really stood out to me was Mirza and Stephanie's dedication to making sure I was completely satisfied with my transaction and account. They took the time to explain the features and benefits of the account options, and even offered to demonstrate how they worked. They were knowledgable, well trained, detail oriented, efficient and helpful.Overall, I am extremely grateful for the outstanding customer service I received from Mirza and Stephanie. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience, and I will definitely be returning to Chase in the future thanks to their excellent service.

So staff at this bank is great it's Lisa Barrett that needs to get the act together as the Executive Director. You have inconvenienced several chase clients with the lack of consistency on your systems. I sent my fiancé to bank open account spent 45 minutes no worries can't log onto online banking. Chase sent us back to bank almost over a month to open an account so Chase needs to get it right! Your lack of skills and training is on you and the one star shouldn't be a star at all. So back at chase we are over an 1 and no one's knows what to do as my banker Stevonya can only do what the systems allow! She's gets 5 stars! Chase needs new executive that give your bankers the support to HELP the people bring you the money! Such a mess and disappointing issue again. Lisa make some changes for you employees and clients. Clients 1st brings more clients!

The ABSOLUTE WORST. Every time you make an appointment they either cancel it and don't tell you or are late and then are dismissive while you are waiting. Staff can't get their shit together have to talk to three people to get one thing done. I will be driving to the further away branch from now on just to avoid this places horrible management.

Install the outside atm again and I’ll change this rating. This is rediculous it’s been gone for months. It’s a pandemic and no one wears masks so you have people in the waiting to get to the atm without a mask in a small room. The outside thing to get in the building doesn’t work with the phone to let you in. Annoying.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. We have a business account here and we deposited a check that was slightly over 10,000.00. This was not the first time we deposited a large check as my husband is a contractor. They had never previously put a hold on any of our deposits. Moreover, we have never had a deposited check bounce nor have we ever overdrawn our account. They initially credited our account for the deposit but then, unbeknownst to us, went ahead and put a hold on the funds causing a negative balance in the account. They claimed the activity was deemed abnormal. We contacted our client and provided them with proof the check had already cleared the bank but they refused to release the hold saying the copy we provided them wasn't legible enough and so the hold would remain for 6 days. They effectively shut down our business. This is an absolute disgrace!! A bank is supposed to help their customers not harm them. They did not provide us with a funds availability policy when we opened the account. Had I known they would do this I would have chosen a different institution. It goes without saying that I will be switching banking institutions as soon as possible. I am also considering a complaint to the regulatory agencies.

They are always unorganized, unprofessional, I have the feeling that they do not know what they are doing. We had been banking with chase for 20 years, but planning to switch to different bank.

Branch itself ok, but Chase insists on forcing ATM transactions - WHY has the outside ATM been removed and the inside ATM is so frequently out of order!
