Ms. Pow helped us open our first CD. She was knowledgeable and accomodated us even when we didn't schedule beforehand. She adds a lot of value to JP Morgan Chase.

Awful customer service!! First of all, Wells Fargo illegally held onto over $7000 in funds. And when I complained, they were rude. And then to top it off, when I tried closing that account and removing all remaining funds, they refunds to help, citing policy. I ended having to go to another branch, where they then helped me without no questions. This particular branch is full of rude and incompetent individuals that should be in an industry where they don’t know how to be helpful. This branch turned me off to Chase completely.

This supposed to be my bank an 2/21/2023 i went to notary a doc ,and they refused,my first time that happened and it's was in this branch,so disappointed I'll close my account today for sure.

This whole Chase branch's is getting worse on all services. I had and have been with Chase for more than 10 years in doing business with it, but every time I try to use their services that's what happen:1- Nobody is available 2- No Personal Bankers 3- On any circumstances, appointments only.4- People that working on the branch's seems to be unhappy.5- Nobody to support you to get a Business Loan even after your documentations is in place. 6- For a investments accounts Im not even going to mention how everyone are unprepared and unprofessional, specially the higher people that work there.

I just opened my first checking and savings account with this bank, after years of his hearing how great it is I finally took the leap. I’m so glad that I did because I just had the most amazing experience at this branch. I’m very grateful that it’s right around the corner from my work. Kristjan is an absolute gem and this branch is very lucky to have him as an employee. He went above and beyond, has impeccable customer service skills, and overall is a very kind person. Thank you for making my experience so smooth and quick.

I have my business account with Chase and this branch is the most convenient to my house so I stop in periodically. The staff here is always very friendly and welcoming. Keep up the good work Chase - Team Julington :-)

This is the best bank I have ever banked with. Right away you're greeted by smiling faces, ready to assist you with ANY and EVERYTHING they can possibly do. They have an actual mortgage banker who is a local, most banks have some guy who lives in another state that you don't ever meet. They will have everything you could ever need in a bank, they handle all of your banking needs with a smile an a cup of coffee!

While the bank is partially hidden from the street by trees, I like going to this safe bank location as my service experience has been friendly and efficient. I also like that it opens early for business during the week.

The branch representative & manager were extremely rude when we were trying to open an account for our daughter. We have 3 existing accounts but they made the process extremely difficult as if we were new customers. I would agree with other posts on here that they showed a racial bias when relating to customers. We have since closed our accounts and took our business elsewhere where we are appreciated.

The Manager of this branch came across as not just cold but rude to say the least. Whether it stems from a racial, religious or other bias, is for an individual to endure and conclude. Generally my experience with Chase has been very good except this branch. I walked off from Chase and there was Bank of America on the opposite side, they got my business and my kids' four new accounts. I found the staff there, welcoming, warm and professional. So bad was the attitude of this guy that I let go the Chase' $300 (x 4) new account opening incentive for BoA' $0 incentives for new accounts. Perhaps it's the Chase branch manager's attitude that cost the bank lost business in spite of offering substantial financial incentives to new customers is for their management to investigate and correct.
