10-13-24 9:20PM Terrible customer service, shouldn’t have an employee complaining about having a camera on them, while trying to make a simple purchase, as well as complaining about my valid Florida License, and trying to give me a hard time about how next time she is going to Refuse service and being incredibly rude when my ID works everywhere else.

Close to my house and usually solid gas prices but the pumps here have been painfully slow for a couple months now. 6.5 minutes for 18 gallons. I’ve asked others who have been pumping at the same time (on multiple occasions) and they’ve said the same thing.

Received bad gas resulting in my wife’s brand new car needing to get the fuel tank drained and fuel system flushed. I provide all the information and service invoice only for this Circle K to deny responsibility for providing bad gas’s and leaving me with a near $700 service bill on a brand new vehicle.

At this particular location, there is a young lady named Joanne. She makes it an absolute pleasure to go to this location. Her customer service is second to none and her attitude is simply amazing. If you are not having the greatest of days, interaction with Joanne makes it all better. You need more folk working for you like her!

First of all very good and nice employees second of all one time my mother was buying gum but didn’t have enough $$$$ so they said we can comeback next time and then pay for it third of all they gave us a free water bottle fourth of all they let me try their cookies and weee delish so good soft and amazing taste

The employees are really nice and helpful but the self checkout is garbage. It is cumbersome when the employees have to help a customer who doesn't know how to use the machines. Self checkout is a horrible concept and brings down the value of any business. It also takes away the value and integrity of the face to face representation of the company. The store is somewhat clean and the employees are really nice, but the self checkout is horrible.
