Late in the day, around 5:20 pm, I spotted a nail stuck in my tire. I called the shop, knowing they were closing at 6, but they assured me they’d still take my car until then. Incredible! Within 15 minutes, they were working on my car, and by 6:15, I was already heading home.
The service was flawless—quick, friendly, and professional.
And get this: the repair was completely free! I asked multiple times, wondering if I’d missed something, but they explained that it’s their way of doing marketing. They believe that if customers are happy, they’ll come back.
While I was there, I noticed they sell wipers too, so I bought a pair—even though I didn’t really need them yet—just because I wanted to support them.
Highly recommend. If every place ran like this, life would be a lot easier!

I have been coming to this location for about three years and all of the staff is constantly amazing and they are honest people and try really hard to help you like Lauren just did today. And, they have been exceeding expectations so many times in so many ways every time I come here. The General Manager Shane has done a great job with his team and I noticed that they uphold his high standards for quality and service even when he is not there. This store is super busy and the team works really hard but they still take the time understand the customer’s needs and do their best to help you and get you back on the road. I am so proud of you all and your dedication and I look forward to visiting you soon. Thanks for saving me as always you always do!!

I have had tires changed. Tires rebalanced and rotated and this by far has been the best tire store I’ve dealt with! Great people, great service!

Most Discount Tire stores are relatively fast and kind to their customers, but not this one. I came in to get a simple balance and rotation of my tires that are under warranty. I was told that it would take around forty-five minutes to an hour. Two and a half hours later, and I'm still waiting. I asked why am I still waiting. The response was that we have other people who have appointments to do first. I listened to at least three people come in and told them they had problems and needed it fixed. They got in and out in lest then fifteen minutes. I'm sorry, but I will have to go back to the one on Phillips for service.

Unbelievable service! My 2017 Dodge Ram Rebel that I bought in 2023 was pulling hard to the right and I couldn't think of what I did that would make it suddenly need a front-end alignment. I brought it in for an opinion and Steve found a big bulge on the left front tire. He used his scanner to determine that two of my four tires were original. They found me a set of great tires that were less than elsewhere (I priced everywhere else online before buying) and my truck now runs straight and quiet and handles great. Honestly can't say enough good things about the knowledge and helpfulness of Steve and Timmy.

We are members at Sam’s club so we bought tires from them and expected them to put them on for us. I had two stripped lug nuts from the last people who did our tires. Sam’s didn’t even try to get them off. I was able to get one off, and broke a socket trying the last one. Finally, I called Discount and Steven told be they could definitely take a look. I got there and met Caleb who walked out with me to take a look. He owned the situation and got it off for me in no more than a few minutes. My wife also noticed there were plenty of workers who were all working. Feel like you don’t see that anymore. Will definitely be using this store for any future needs!

I wish I could give zero stars. My husband went to this place to replace a tire. They did that but also broke the key cap off into our steering wheel. They tell us they just replace tires, they can’t fix it. They broke it and refuse to repair the damage they caused. To replace it at the dealership costs more than the initial tire that we replaced. This place is costing us more money than what it was worth going to them in the first place. Do NOT trust them with your car!

I had a great experience at Discount Tire when needing a tire repaired. I was assisted by Evan who greeted me upon arrival. He was very professional and immediately escorted me to my vehicle to inspect not only the tire that needed repair, but looked over all tires to ensure there were no other screws/nails, etc. in tires I hadn't seen. My tire was plugged free of charge. The waiting area was clean & comfortable. All staff were focused on providing great customer service. Highly recommend this location for your tire needs.
