The young gentleman was very willing to help me but went above and beyond to help explain to me what it would take to properly repair my phone, he did it in a timely manner and shared his passion for smart device repair with me and peaked my interest. He was not overly pushy as a salesman and made me feel comfortable as an expert in his field with very competitive prices. I don’t hope I’ll have any devices in need of repair anytime soon… BUT I do know where I will go if I need it.”
