I am F45 member in South Florida and I was traveling to St. Augustine . I dropped by on Monday morning to see if I can work out at Fruit Cove location. I didn’t sign up and the class was almost full but Mia did everything she could to accommodate me. The coaches were great and you can tell it was a true team effort throughout the workout. It was a 7 am class and I LOVED the energy! It was an awesome class and even better experience. Well done F45 in Fruit Cove!

I’m LOVING working out at the f45 fruit cove gym! Being a busy working mom of triplet girls, this membership has given me zero excuses to workout. It’s fun, convenient, and has a variety of different workouts. Thank you to ALL the trainers, looking forward to many more workouts with you. ???

I can honestly say, joining F45 Fruit Cove was the best decision I have ever made! Working out and sticking to your goals is so much easier when you have a great group of people by your side. The trainers are constantly working to help you succeed, and the workouts are awesome, making you want to come back for more! I highly recommend!

When I wanted to join this team I didn’t know where to start Mia reached out to me and then my kids got sick! 6 months later Mia still remembered me and took me in so quick and worked with me to give me the opportunity to try free class before I join! Rest is history! I love all of them Mia, Craig, Tanya, Julie, Allie and Ashland!! I mean I travel every morning to fruit cove about 17 miles even though I have a F45 5min away from my house! That’s how much I love this studio ?

I have been to a few team training gyms across the country. Never have I experienced a vibe like F45 Fruit Cove. The trainers are knowledgeable and really learn who you are and how to help you succeed. The team atmosphere is second to none!

I never thought I would love a gym so much! Awesome couches who provide great support. I am looking forward to my workout.I am so happy they opened here in Fruit Cove. Been there since August and still love it just as muchUpdate 6/23/2023 Almost 3 years later I love and enjoy gong to this gym.

If you wouldve told me over a year ago that in a year id have been going to a gym like f45 and love the owners and members id laugh at you. Craig and Mia have the best run studio ive ever seen. Now i have over 200 classes in the bag! Proud of myself but more grateful to f45 for the encouragement and positivity!

We dropped in from an F45 in Indianapolis. Mia and Craig were awesome coaches, and we had an awesome time. We definitely felt accepted and had a great workout! Thanks so much guys! We will be back!

Great workouts, both cardio and strength. Never gets boring. Instructors are motivating without being too “perky”. Plenty of regulars so you have a chance to get to know a few people.

I joined three months ago to restart my health journey. The coaches have helped me develop strength, endurance, and nutritional changes. The workouts are constantly changing, which makes working out enjoyable. There isn't a day I regret joining F45.

Such a nice place! The best gym I ever been. The place is new, equipment are all nice and fresh. Everyone is energetic and devoted. Craig, the coach/owner is very thoughtful and encouraging. Those work out, omg, they are fun and challenging, lots of variety you'll never be bored! Definitely recommend!!

Great gym; great environment; great place to workout at! Mia, one of the trainers, was very professional and great to talk to over the phone. When I initially wasn't able to reach anyone, she immediately called me back to see if she could help with anything (I didn't even leave a message asking for a call back!). Both her and Craig (other trainer) were encouraging during class. You can tell the members really enjoyed this place.

F45 Fruit-cove is an amazing gym! The workouts are guaranteed to push you and leave you sore. I have been consistently going for 6 months now and I have yet to be “bored” or “tired” of the workouts. If you are looking for a functional training gym that will put you to work for 45mins everyday , this is the one! Thecoaches at this gym are truly there for you, they all want to help you reach your personal goals!!!

Great gym. Great people. The staff good people and the best I’ve ever had training me daily. Encouraging & motivating, they push you to your limit. If you have fit esa goals and you want a routine that’s easily performed everyday on a routine, this is the place for you. It’s an intense 45minute workout 6 days a week and on Saturday it’s a 60 min workout. If your looking for that extra push… look no further.
