I found what I needed, an inexpensive dog bed for transporting a pup. Most of them were only lightly stuffed so I ended up spending $12, rather than getting the poorly made, flat $6 bed. When considering quality, this is definitely not a bargain store.

We go every year to allow the kids to get gifts for everyone in the family. They love finding things on their own and the multitude of options to choose from.

Me and My Girlfriend were going to 5 Below to buy stockings to put some items in for the kids affected by hurricane Helene over in the gulf coast, We were walking up and this employee who’s name was Corbin was locking up and he let us in right as they were closing so we can grab the stockings, He not only let us in but he also bought the stockings for these kid… Corbin you are an amazing person and I thank you

Just left this store & wanted to shout out one of their employees (Corbin?) who was so kind & helpful! He called another store just to confirm availability of a $1 item we needed 1 more of for a birthday party favor, before we made the drive. Haven’t experienced customer service like that in a long time ☺️

My grandkids love it when I take them to Five Below and give them a set amount they can spend. It always amazes me the values they find.

Your associate Matthew was very helpful today and greeted all your customers today when we came in and his team member that was with him today I didn't get her name but she was very helpful and friendly as well today and she greeted customers as we came in today! Please keep up the good work! Customer service is key!

Please teach your associates customer service. My daughter was handing me her cash change when a long red-haired employee came and moved my daughter’s stuff out of the way so that the people behind us could use the register she just finished using… Mind you, there was a completely open register right next to me. Only two registers were open, so if you feel the need to hurry us along because there are other customers in line, perhaps you should open all of the registers. After all, we are paying customers, too, and don’t deserve to be pushed out of the way. Two stars because we like the neatness and selection in the store.

Everytime I come in here by myself it is the worst experience in terms of customer service.if im with my friends who happen to be bubbly girls im usually left alone.Someone said in a comment 7 months ago that their policy requires customers check themselves out however just two days ago i had most Passive Aggressive/profilific encounter with the man tending self checkout, he allowed the two girls ahead of me to check themselves out and snatched my items from my hand as he did the checkout process for me.The man was about middle aged probably 50’s, looked to be east asian maybe? Glasses and an overall upset disposition, apparently he has a habit of accusing peoplemof theft and just being unfriendly in general, why would you have someone like that in a five below?? No tu sabesMy issue is with him; truthfully not the location as a whole. he just has never made my experience in that store a good one ,and Im tired of it.I like to look for cool knicknacks, blankets, pillows, craft supplies and merch just like anyone else so why make my time in the store bad because you have some sort of preconceived notion about who i may be as a person. Im not carrying any bags, totes, crates anything thatd suggest im stealing i walk in with my keys, headphones, and a mission: To shop and be left the hell alone. Not profiled and treated like i just stole the noblemans loaf of bread as if it were Les Miserable or Beo WulfUpon speaking to another associate she said that it was required to check out customers though i find it interesting that the girls BEFORE me were cleared to check themselves out and I was forefully checked out/ treated as if i was incompetent while doing doing so. Ive worked customer service most of my life and it has NEVER been ok to take anything from a customers hand.She daid she would speak with the manager but i should have just done it myself.I understand not being happy with ones self but i have nothing to do with your distaste for yourself, your job, anything. i came in here for a 5$ baseball cap and 10$ shoe rack, be forreal. If I wanted to steal Id literally just walk out you dont have security and you’re not stopping anyone for 20$ i make that in an hour when I feel like clocking in myself.But its 20$ so why not pay it right?Im sure that children and parents shopping for them dont notice these things preoccupied by the colorful items and varieties though the stuff people actually want to look for in terms of pop culture and just quality are never at this location in full.Their assosciates are bare minimum performers with subpar attitudes.Usually most people older than me at the age of 24, tare the type of people that are quick to complain if a youngerbperson even frowns so im miffed they dont have their own emotions/behaviors under control.As a grown man how do you find it acceptable to snatch things from another adults hands while at a self checkout counter? Its not. If its stated in your policy to do so put a sign up that clarifies it, Your policy means nothing if it’s not applied beforehand. Nobody signed a contract upon walking in.As a company why do you fond it acceptable to let someone who has a history of upsetting your customers continue to be the main face of your store, forst person you see and last person you encounter.It genuinely makes me mad.You’d get better reviews and pay if you actually treated the people these rates depend on. Well..better.

Very nice store with lots of variety! Organized neatly, it was easy to find all I needed. The store manager was very kind, he greeted us and helped out with a project. A great Five Below location! :)
