Good place to wash a car

1st time using this place and my last. I pull in and the guy is hovering over the card reading machine which im perfectly able too do on my own. He wouldn't move until it was processed and then says there's nothing too dry the cars off with. How in world do you dry a car off with nothing there? So now I have a suv thats covered in water sopts and this defeated the purpose in coming.

Great place for a car wash. There are no facilities to use here. I have problems with a business that does not provide a bathroom for their customers.

This was my first time coming to this location. I️ really loved the mat washing station. I've been use to just shaking them out and this was such a surprise to me. Good Job!

I would rate Gate Express Carwash zero stars if that was an option. One of the cleaning arms scratched my side mirror and the response from corporate was “we are not responsible for side mirrors”. I was taking my car there once a week for over 3 years without an issue. It’s not expensive to replace a Mazda mirror cap. Don’t use this company as they will not fix your vehicle if damages happen.

Friendly staff, car wash did a wonderful job. We used the promotion to get 1 free wash to check it out. Vacuums worked great and they have air compressors to blow out hard to reach areas. Not too busy on a Thursday morning. We will definitely be back. The only thing that could enhance the car wash would be a station with microfiber for interior/exterior cleaning as I have seen at other car washes.

Good wash, but they don’t provide towels or cleaning products for the windows. I’m used to our local car wash providing all of that complimentary w a car wash. I was not able to clean the inside or my windows ?

My car was cleaner before I had a wash. I'm not sure if they didn't rinse or if dirty water was used. But the result was a mess. When I called to complain, they were not interested in correcting the problem

Redeemed a free ceramic car wash worth $24.37 per the receipt. It wasn't a car wash, it was a little water, no brushes touched my vehicle, no soap, no drying. My vehicle was covered with spots and no dirt was removed. I had to go home and immediately wash my vehicle. Don't waste your money at Gate Car Wash, they are horrible!

Had a birthday wash certificate but location kept oming up for JAX Beach instead of cr210. Young attendant solved the issue with a smile!
