I really like or liked Gate Service stations but to tell you truth the one on Durbin Pavillion Dr is about the sorriest when it comes to adding paper and servicing the pumps. Yet there are at least 6 to 7 people at the counter inside. You tell them there's a problem and they just look at you. They don't hurry out to correct anything. I just left the station and it was the same problem. No paper at number 6. Lisa printed my receipt and that was it. I pay at the pump so I don't have to go inside. Hopefully someone will look at this review and act on it.numerous time to get a receipt which I should be able to get at the pump.

I used to frequent this location as my career moved me to this side of US1. Customer service here started out strong, friendly and everything was correctly priced. Overtime though as employees changed, new people came aboard, customer service quality has drastically dropped. The pricing isn't accurate as it once was and upon bringing up the price of a product when checking out, the cashier (i do not know their name) instantly said "The size changed and we will not adjust pricing accordingly". While as a consumer, the product size ma change, but to be disrespectful and state you refuse to correct the price to reflect AS ADVERTIZED on the shelf, regardless if the product size has changed is upsetting. While one person taking their business elsewhere for Fuel, quick grab-n-go snacks or drinks doesn't make a large impact, i most certainly will take my business to any of the many competitors on the same road or just down the street around the corner.

Sign says diesel is $3.589. Pump price is $3.759. Found this at two different Gates stations. Seems like false advertising.

Alright store. Could have cleaner bathrooms. Also in response to a certain 2 star review from a local guide, the (often under 21) cashiers can not help you buy your merchandise (vape cartridge)+get better food

Really felt good to be short 26 cents on my purchase and ask if there’s any way the cashier could help me cover the 26 cents to be told there’s better things to spend my money on and have to walk out empty handed as everyone watches

I recently visited the Gate gas station in this location and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this was a well-maintained and customer-focused establishment.Firstly, the location is easy to find on Google Maps and the parking lot was clean and well-lit. Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member who assisted me in finding everything I needed. The store was well-stocked with a wide variety of snacks, drinks, and convenience items. The gas pumps were clean and functioning properly, making it easy to fill up my tank. The prices were competitive, and the payment process was quick and easy. The station also offered a loyalty program, which I found to be a great added benefit. The restrooms were spotless and well-stocked with supplies. I appreciate the effort that the staff puts into keeping the facilities clean and well-maintained.Another thing that stood out to me was the customer service. The staff members were polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience. They even helped me load my purchases into my car, which I thought was a nice touch.Overall, I highly recommend the Gate gas station on 700 Durbin Pavilion Dr to anyone in need of gas or convenience items. The location is convenient, the store is well-stocked and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future.

Unbelievable! These past 6-7 months they have constantly run out of hazelnut creamer. I have to bring my own from home. When I call the corporate office on San Jose Blvd, they have no clue and tell me that this is the first time they have heard of it when in fact I have called several times! Unbelievable!

Great place. However, Ajay the cashier is extremely disrespectful person. Must had a bad day or something but it's no excuse for poor customer service.

This Gate gas station (#1232 Durbin Pavilion) put $375 in pending charges on my card because their pump failed to recognize my Vystar card. This was an issue at Gate as my card worked both before and after. Gate's corporate office admitted there was a technical issue at the pump that caused my card not to be recognized to pump gas but still froze $375 in pending charges on my card. My bank reports the charge will be reflected on my available balance for 4 calendar days. Having so much money on hold could easily result in overdraft fees for many people. Worse, the pending charges could leave some people with no available funds for 4 calendar days. No business should be able to put any funds on hold if their machines are unable to accept your card and no sale is made. To add insult to injury, when I called the Gate gas station at the Pavilion at Durbin Park, the manager said (1) the fault is mine because I'm the one who used my card at their pump and (2) the fault is also the bank's as the bank is the one who is placing the funds on hold. Obviously, both explanations are patently false. It is Gate who is placing hundreds of dollars in holds for transactions that never go through to sale. My local Vystar reports they get at least four people a day coming into the bank with the same problem so this is a known and continuing issue. I own a small business and I assure you I would not be able to place hundreds of dollars in pending charges on a customer's credit card if they never even used my services. What makes gas stations so special and unique that they have the right to charge your card hundreds of dollars when there is no sale of goods whatsoever? This scammy practice needs to be legislated out of existence.

Got some slushies, one spilled when checking out. The chasier was chilled about the ordeal although it made a huge mess on the floor. I offered to clean it up, and he was like nah, it's all good.
