Today I saw a nonstick pan with scratches all along the inside of the Teflon with a tag that read $14.99. There were so many other items like this one, ridiculously priced, that I left empty handed. Goodwill used to be for less fortunate people to still be able to afford nice things. Goodwill has become greedy and it shows.

The staff is extremely rude and a lot of worn out items are over priced.

This is the second time I drop off items. And the second time I was told to put the book case back in my car because they didn't accept furniture. The website says they do. It just needed a wipe down. The first guy helped me unload it. The second guy said they don't accept it .

I didn’t find anything that interested me here but they have a large store with lots of stuff. It was very well organized.

I experienced the best of Goodwill today. I am a regular shopper and reseller and understand some days can be especially difficult in the work place especially during the hustle and bustle of the holidays. Today was no different at The Durbin Store. However, while making my rounds in the store I personally witnessed some amazing customer service from multiple employees in different situations. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of attention and expedient nature of the employees which truly shows the professionalism of the company as a whole. Good job Goodwill!!!

I love Goodwill and am a frequent shopper, but this location blows. The store isn't shoppable because the aisles are too close together (two carts can't pass each other). The prices are stupid, eg. raggedy 30 year old no name golf clubs for $15+ ea. By far the worst thing about this location is the staff/checkout. I stood in line for 20 minutes while one poor cashier struggled. There was no shortage of employees yet only one cash register was open with 15+ people cued. I called the store while in line to ask them to call people to the front and the lady on the phone shrugged it off. I finally left a cart full items I wanted to purchase behind. Go to the Mandarin store instead, this place sucks.

These people are so incredibly rude. If there was less than one star for a store I would give it. Look at my reviews. Very few are one star. The two assistant managers were so rude. I've never been treated so rude in any retail establishment.

Used to love this establishment but it's gotten so expensive! I find a lot of damaged items, I literally could fill a shopping cart of stuff that should be tossed!. It's very unorganized one isle is a "don't know where to put items" isle and it's a disaster! Management is rude but I'll give one star for some of the awesome employees working there like Shannon and Mary!

I go into this establishment doing my normal thrifting and to over hear a manager manager (Candy ) say out her own mouth she hate her job and it shows I've. Even heard her say she hate people especially. Black people. She was so rude I was disgusted. I may be black but my money is green like everyone else .. on top of that hiding things for yourself is very distasteful especially when these things are donated. I thought I might’ve been mistaken but her interaction with the other ladies who were not the same when asked a simple question for someone to act as though she was annoyed by my presence. Definitely if you of color stay away from this store . You are not welcomed … so for this 100 thumbs down ?

I purchased a bunch of items on 08/23 and did not go through the bags until 08/24. As I went through the receipt and compared it to everything that I purchased I noticed that I was missing a pair of shorts. I called the Goodwill to let them know and they said they would check up front. The first person I spoke with put me on hold and after a minute the phone hung up. I called back and spoke with another person who said they closed up last night and did not remember seeing anything up front. I asked her what the protocol was because I was still charged and did not receive the item. She said I would need to bring back all my items. I was confused as to why I would need to bring back everything to the store. She was not very helpful and basically said I was SOL without actually saying those words. So lesson learned, I will make sure that I sit in my vehicle and check off everything that I purchased before leaving that parking lot in the future. They have no protocol for overcharging you. You just have to eat that money. Here's the weird part, I remember the cashier looking at the shorts and saying something about them but I was busy putting everything on the counter and didn't hear what she had said. Those just happen to be the shorts that are missing.

I am giving one star cause the employees are nice. The prices are way too high, higher than other Goodwills. When brought to the managers attention she just shrugged it off with a “so” attitude. They need new management.

This is one of the newer Goodwill stores. it's clean and very well-organized. I recommend stopping in if you're in the area.
