I had a stuck license plate that I couldn't get off. I took it in and Nick put in quite an effort and elbow grease to work out the rusted screws (literally had to drill them and create new threads!!). He went way above and beyond to make sure I didn't have to take it to the dealership and spend $$$$ to get the holes re-welded. Everyone I came in contact there was also incredibly nice and helpful. We will be using them again!

Wonderful! We were a walk-in because we were traveling and got a huge drill bit in our tire 🤷♀️🤦♀️ They were efficient and super friendly!

I have to rave about Store Manager, Nicholas Nelson! My 2 daughters, puppy, and I were on our way home from a 1,000- mile trip when our car started pulling and the low pressure tire warning came on. We Googled and found this Goodyear where everyone was polite and very helpful. Nicholas helped diagnose the problem, gave me multiple options for new tires, put them on and had us out of the door in under an hour! I can’t say enough about our great experience, so if you have car troubles go see Nicholas and his team!

Too many issues over the years to waste time on. They usually try to make it right but end up wasting a lot of time and last issue was the last straw. Used to come here because we like Goodyear tires and this was the most convenient location but there's been several shops open since that are the same distance away with better reviews so recommend not even bothering with this shop.

Stopped by Goodyear thinking I need a new battery for my son's car, but James and Salah took the time to check everything out and found out that the issue might've just been with my key fob. I really appreciated their honesty and thorough service. Great experience all around! I will come back when it's time to get a new battery or any other issues that occur with my son's car.

Came in with need to 2 rv(trailer) tire. Called them and verified they had tires in stock. They were closing in about 15 min. I was about 5 min away. I got there and they had me ready to go about about 15 min. They stayed a few min late to get me back on the road. Many thanks.

Nicholas Nelson and his staff are awesome. I’ve been a regular customer for over 4 years. I wouldn’t take my Jeep anywhere else in the area. I want to thank Nicholas and James for an excellent job always taking care of me and my wife for all Jeep needs. olllllllo

Took my car as it had engine light on. They installed generic igniting coils. The staff informed that the car is all set only for it to break down after 10 miles. Took it to a different service center in Baymeadows road. They informed me that spark plugs should have also been replaced.
Why wouldn't they fix it properly the first time. I would have paid more to fix it the right way. Their negligence caused me to be stranded in the freeway one more time.
Wouldn't recommend at all

1 star just for the wait time. 2 hours (with an appointment) for just an oil change, its too much. This is the reason we do the appointments. If you dont have time just say you dont have available appointments. The appointment was booked 5 days ago. A bit pricy too

Got tires here for a decent price after they tried to change my confirmed appointment. Included was fix a flat for free. Got a nail in tire and drove into store to fix. Told it would be 3 DAYS to fix! This store caters to fleet cars for businesses. It’s impossible to get an appointment as businesses grab all the appointments every day. If your lucky one of them won’t show up and you’ll get lucky and they will take you. Otherwise you’re out of luck. Be better off not offering fix a flat service because nobody can wait 3 days for a 30 minute service to fix a flat and no incentive for them as no money in it for them. Ended up going to Tire Outlet down the road. They fixed it in 15 minutes for free and just asked I tell a friend. That’s smart business sense. I did and will return for new tires.

I’m not usually one to complain and I’ve used Good Years service station in 5 states without and issue. This location however has a severe issues! My wife brought her car in for a simple tire rotation and oil change, easy enough. Her car has a splash guard under the engine the tech apparently ripped all the screws out instead of unscrewing them. Unknown to my wife she left the shop. Less the. 10 minutes later its dragging on the ground. We go back get the sorry sorry we’ll fix it. They apparently zip tied it to “fix it”. It fell off again and ripped everything out from under the car $450 to replace it. Now the story from the manager is we brought it in dragging on the ground. I’ve called into corporate number to file a report. I’ll update if that goes anywhere. It sad because I used to trust Good Year so much so I’d recommend them to folks, we’ll see if that needs to stop.

We have had our family fleet serviced at Goodyear in St Johns off 210 for years. Nick always provides EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE along with Greg and Barb. They always save the day and get us back on the road! It's so important to have trust when it comes to repairs and they've earned it. They know us by name, having so many older cars in our fleet, so it's nice how personable they are! We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Went into this Goodyear location to get my leaky tire fixed. It was installed by a different Goodyear, and in the process of trying to get it fixed I learned that that discounting the other location gave me was removing my road hazard warranty on my brand news tires to save me $150. I had $2700 of work done including deferred maintenance and asked if there was any wiggle. They removed the warranty and did not tell me that was one of their discounts.
I found out about this getting my tire fixed and had quite the gut wrenching feeling because I would prefer my tires to be under warranty.
Anyways, Barb, the assistant service manager saved the day. She cooled me down and had a level head despite me obviously expressing how upset the situation made me. She rectified things and I was able to purchase the warranty after the fact.
Needless to say I’m never going back to the other place, and will only stop by here for my future tire needs.

Never rakes you across the coals with price and service. I am very pleased with how they run the shop! Reminds me of the shop I used to work for before they sold out. Thank you to everyone, its refreshing to have an honest place to go to so close to home.
