I will be back for tires next week. The Manager (Nick) goes above and beyond to help his customers and is not afraid at all to get his hands dirty. I got a flat tire down the road and just barely made it to his lot and He helped me out. As soon as he saw my situation, he grabbed the tools and got me back on the road right away to pick my son up from practice. Thank you Nick and team. I felt like I was in the pits at Daytona. Amazing team, great leadership.

I will definitely be back on a regular basis for all my tire needs. The team members were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, especially the store manager, Nicholas Nelson!!Mr. Nelson went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied by demonstrating someone who goes the extra mile. Those qualities are hard to find these days!!

I had a tire pressure sensor go bad on my right rear tire of my 2015 Camry. The dealership quoted $200. Goodyear did it for $125. I had an appointment yesterday and I waited almost 2 hours, but it was done correctly and at the price quoted the day before. I think it took longer due to some training going on that day. Both days I was there I saw happy customers leaving. I think I will start getting my regular maintenance done at this location in the future.

While away from home for work in Jacksonville, my cars brakes made an awful sound. Walked into GAS with no appointment on a Sat am, had them checked for free. Inspection found no issues but did get a recommendation for our tires though at a good price. Please also understand that locations do get busy and wait times vary. I overheard they had a busy day ahead. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable. Waiting area was very comfy w amenities. Highly recommend this location!5 STARS!!!

The place to go if you want them to not do what they tell you they will. Got an oil change and a tire repair set an appointment for Friday at 2pm. When I get there Friday I’m told it will be 3 plus hours they are behind. If I come back Sunday they will get me right in and out at noon. I took it back in and was told it would be past the appointment time again. Thankfully I took it in 2 hours before and had my wife bring me back home . Told the manager right rear was the spare and the right rear main tire was flat in the back. They said they would fix it swap it and put spare back under the vehicle. I get a call that the battery is bad and they only get batteries from advance auto and while advance auto would install for free Goodyear charges 40 dollars to install the battery that you buy from Goodyear ?. He also said they were rotating the tires I get there to pick it up and stand for 10 minutes Brenda is taking calls and the manager calls a guy up from the waiting room in front of me sends him on the way. I get in the car after paying almost 400 dollars and see the tire in the back. I stop and ask and they said bring it back around we will put it under. I didn’t have time so I left, thankfully I didn’t because the tire that was in the back was the regular tire with the TPMS in it. They didn’t even put it back on the right rear they just patched it and threw it back in the back. Seems the tech would have noticed the right rear sensor was still reading error. Sat in traffic for over half hour to get home and wasn’t taking it back. Especially after explaining to him we were driving the suv to New Orleans on Friday. So when it stops raining I have to jack up the car swap the tires and put the spare back under the suv to get our luggage in the back. Thanks Goodyear proving I won’t be back ever. You can’t keep appointments and you charge to install a battery bought from you, and you can’t even do the work you said you would do. I still wonder how did you rotate the tires and still leave the right rear as the one without a sensor? LIARS

Amazing service! On a road trip and got a service engine notification. The gentleman there Wednesday morning was very kind and helped run a scan on the car. Luckily it wasn't anything serious so we were able to continue our trip. Thank you Goodyear!

Barb Fenner was so helpful and provided such a thorough explanation of the current status of the vehicle. Really wonderful experience and always felt like she was treating me as a person not a potential sale.
