I get there and walk in and the wait time says almost a hour but nobody is there. Guy says there is a lot of online check ins.
Well if they are not on time then why can't you take a customer that walked into the store?

Worst hair cut in my life. The barber with glasses who cut my hair spend less than 10 minutes and the same was even with other client in each hair cut. Even didn’t try to fix the mistake. Had to go tomorrow to another barber to fix this horrible hair cut which is not even if you work in basement and no body sees you!

Excellent and smooth experience getting a haircut at this location. Before driving there I went online to place my name in the queue to avoid a long wait. Carolina cut my hair a couple of times now and I was very happy with the results. She is pleasant, courteous, and has many years of experience cutting hair. She checks with you if you have specific preferences before cutting certain areas. Also, this location has the lowest price for a men's cut in the area. I will definitely be back, thank you Carolina and Great Clips.

Marina gave me one of if not the best haircuts I have had in my life. Other places seem to give little to no attention to detail but Marina gives you her undevided attention. Highly skilled stylist who Id give 50 stars to if I could vs. 5.

I just had the best cut at the Durbin Pavilion Great Clips. I don't even know what to say about Marina but I have never seen my hair look better. Love it. She's the Best!

Maria greeted me with a warm smile and made me feell welcome right away. We discussed my haircut and she seemed very interested in helping me achieve my styling goals. The haircut came out great and is very easy to style,. this has been a great experience i won’t forget and i will be back! i highly recommend maria, she is awesome!

William is BEYOND OUTSTANDING! I sent my Fiance' in for a cut last night, which William did absolutely beautifully, but my fiance didn't quite describe to him I wanted it a little bit shorter. So I sent him back tonight and not only did William help David through all of his stress of not knowing how to explain it to William, but William eased my fiancé's stress and produced the most perfect cut 🙂. Yes William, you did the George Clooney look perfect! Thank you Thank you Thank you William for doing your thing, being you, and giving confidence to David. We will definitely come to you each and every time for his cuts! I had a terrible experience yesterday. The stylist that greeted me was not friendly. Chris was not professional and had rude comments about my hair. He was the only stylist there and because one customer came me after me he declined my service! I do recemmend William though, he is great from another experience at another time! I left and went to Hair Cuttery and had a great experience! So Great Clips has lost me as a customer for the overall experience
