5+ stars for everyone that works here! Jackie & Co are a wonderful team of friendly, talented professionals. Unlike other nails salons, it’s locally owned and operated with St. John’s locals.
Getting services with the staff of 4 techs are more like hanging with your friends than walking into a salon of random strangers. Everyone is great! I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and am always looking forward to my next appointment! Book ahead-they fill up quickly!

My search is over! Finally after four years living in Florida I have found a nail salon! Amazing work, professionalism,great price, great conversation and laughter. My nails last for 4 weeks and everyone speaks English-speaking and is legitimately trained so it's easy to discuss wants and needs. So friendly, Just a great place to go. I will be a customer for life.

Amazing service! I was impressed how clean and organized it was. The stuff was very professional and friendly. They even offer mommy and daughter service. Arianna did my manicure and pedicure perfectly!

I have been a client at New Star Nail for 7 years and have never received anything but excellent service. Let me tell you about Alicia Hunts review tonight, 4.21.23 because I was there. She came in around 5:00pm and asked if she could get a pedicure, she was told by the owner they could fit her in at 6:00 which she agreed too. She came back at 6:00 and was promptly seated for her pedicure, she was on her phone talking the entire time (so rude). During her pedicure she asked if she could get a manicure in which the owner told her they couldn’t do that, it was 6:00 and she was their last appointment, they close at 7:00Her attitude changed immediately, telling whoever she was talking to she would not be coming back (bye-bye). She said in her review that she left with no polish, which she did, because that was her request. Look at all of her reviews to multiple places, for example she gave a bad review to a doctors office because she missed 3 appointments and they wouldn’t see her again.
