First let me say that this store is nice and clean and the product that is in here is not why I am giving it 1 star. I believe that the Management in this place needs to go back to training. In this world you have to treat people the way you want to be treated and for the management to yell at the employees so loud in the ear piece that the customers can hear it is horrible. In the case that I am referring to Jasmin (the manger) talks down to the younger generation and then cuts their hours to make them QUIT! This employee wanted to transfer to a different store and the reference that was given was that the employee has "terrible work ethic" IF that so true why not let her go? I do not think she has management skills and might need to get a little refresher course on how to speak to people.

So overpriced. Picked put a pair of clearance pants, a shirt marked 40% off and a pair of pants marked 30% off, total at register came to $94.65!!!! Ridiculous. Went next door to Ross and bought 10 items (pants/shirts) for $140.

Elissa and the fitting room attendant were so welcoming, polite, and helpful!! This is not the nearest Old Navy location to my house but I will definitely being driving a little farther to come back to this one from now on :)

Such a pleasure meeting and being helped during my visit today by Jasmine, James and Madison. Entire staff is welcoming with each visit, friendly and professional. The store is full of great sales on men’s, women’s and children’s clothes. Interior is very spacious and clean. Lots of parking in the shopping plaza. Conveniently located near other retail stores and dining places. Also saved some money using my Old Navy cash rewards!

A very nice young man held the door for my daughter and I, as he greeted us warmly! We were on a mission to get shorts for myself & dresses for my daughter. The staff was top notch helpful & very kind!! However, the store was very busy and looked disheveled, but being that I worked retail for 3 years, I get it! I'm just making a point! Absolutely will return to find other great deals & Cute items!!
