We have loved this office for our dogs. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Prices can be high, but the level of care is worth it.

We are new to Pets R Family. During an extreme time of grief letting go of our 7 year old guinea pig, Giblet, we met Sage, the most compassionate, patient, and thoughtful tech we could have ever asked for. With all the right words, she made difficulty much less difficult. We're beyond thankful Sage was with us on our journey to saying goodbye to Giblet. Truly a remarkable individual blessed with an extra-special gift of tender loving care.

Took our aging hamster and my tearful daughter here and this was one of, if not the best vet experiences I’ve ever had in my long history of taking pets to the vet. They were so respectful of our hamster and my daughter in navigating the challenging conversation of our geriatric family member who is on his final chapter. The doctor did not shy away from the reality of death, explained to my daughter how the decline will probably occur going forward, and reassured my daughter that she’s taken wonderful care of Teddy. Speaking as a therapist, the doctor handled this discussion at an expert level that I will apply in my own discussions with my clients. They were very thorough in their examination and went above and beyond. My daughter left feeling much better and she is more empowered in helping her hamster have a happy rest of his life. The place is super clean, compassionate and professional. All of our pets will be going here from now on.

We would like to thank everyone at Pets R Family for taking care of our Bella during her time going there. When she was diagnosed with cancer, you treated her with the utmost care and compassion. everyone was so pleasant and comforting during this sad time of ours and Bella's. When it came time to say goodbye to our girl, even though it was the hardest thing to do, you helped us through it. We want to especially thank Tech Allison and Dr Katelyn Lanctot for the care and compassion the day we had to say goodbye to Bella .They were so gentle and caring !! It was very emotional for us but they helped us get thru it all. Thank You ALL for your help and support taking care of Bella ??

We spent thousands of dollars with this veterinarian office over the last few years with our 2 dogs. Due to my oversight I had an unpaid bill from 3 months ago. Simple mistake, I didn’t realize my husband hadn’t paid it when I forwarded the link and he was working and forgot. I get a phone call today from the owner and he tells me it’s unpaid and I let him know my husband isn’t home but I’ll talk with him as soon as he gets in and call him back regarding it. He proceeds to tell me it wasn’t paid and goes on about his payment processing company has no records of it and it definitely wasn’t paid and how I have ignored multiple attempts to pay it. I assured him I hadn’t been aware it was unpaid. I had not received any bill via mail or email but now that I am I will address it and that I didn’t appreciate his aggressive behavior. But still, he gets louder and more agitated and I tell him I’m hanging up but will speak with my husband and have him call. He continues to shout over me and so I hang up. He calls back again shouting obnoxiously. No. This is not acceptable behavior. Our prior bills were always paid promptly. This was an oversight. Of all the vet bills, this $300 one was probably the smallest balance too. I just find it shocking a business owner would act this way. He was speaking with me. I told him I would check and call back. Prior to this we had always been in good standing so this wasn’t a chronic issue. His staff was always great. However, Brad, the owner, is unhinged.ETA: Your response was laughable at how contrary the conversation went until you brought your faith into the situation. We all fail daily but you are boldly lying and glossing over it with a polished response. Shame on you. This is not your 1st 1-star review and doubtful your last.

I have been bringing my two dogs to pets r family since right around the time they opened. They have always shown so much care and compassion. Especially recently when I lost one of my dogs unexpectedly. They went above and beyond to find out what happened and to give us peace of mind that there wasn’t really anything we could have done to prevent it and that it wasn’t something that could affect my other dog. They were also incredible when my husband had to put down his cat a few years ago. They are super responsive and easily accessible with their text messaging.I am beyond grateful for them and will continue to recommend them to family and friends for their pet’s care.

Always a great experience. Coco receives the best care with love and gentleness. Like most pets, she is fearful of vet visits but she's always happy to see everyone there. They make her feel special and she eats up the attention.

We love this place! They helped us when it was time to put our dog down and cared for us throughout the process. Also, with our two new dogs they have been amazing at helping us take care of the random issues that have arisen, plus they groom our hairy cockapug!

I would would give this place no stars if I could, I took my 3 month old puppy here and they took her back to give her a sanitary shave which is for her behind. After they do this they bring her back to me and said she was being very dramatic, but she wasn’t. They cut her right under her tail and she was in a lot of pain, my puppy is always very hyper and running around but after we went there she was crying and slept all day after. I called them and they were no help… horrible place and will never take my dog there

We love Pets R Family and especially our new veterinarian, Dr. Hashey. We have been going to the same vet for 35 years and decided recently to make a change. The drive is longer but it's well worth it with the loving attention that we get from Dr. Hashey and her staff. Our pets are our family and its comforting to take them to a facility and a doctor who cares about them the way we do.

Natalie Hashey has been our vet for several years. I drive quite a distance to see her, but she always is very respectful and very thorough with examining my dog and helping me with any issues. You can tell she loves working with animals and has such a way of making them feel at ease. I feel confident that my dog is in great hands with her as our vet.

Love Dr. Natalie Hashey! She is the only veterinarian I trust to take care of my 3 Danes. She is always professional, listens to my concerns, explains everything throughly and genuinely cares about my dogs. With over 25 years experience under her belt it’s no wonder she’s amazing, she’s an expert in her field! I am so happy to have found an amazing veterinarian & highly recommend her to everyone I know!

I am so thankful for Pets R Family! We have a 16 year old pup with high anxiety who needed to be seen and evaluated. The technician went over our options and priced out a home visit so as not to stress our baby girl out. The vet came out to our house and was so good with out girl! I know that she is in the best hands she can be in and they lol at they will help us make the most out of whatever time we have remaining with her!
