Hang with me, this is a long one. I ordered a custom cake from this Publix with the word "delivered" written on top in a script font, in an ivory icing to match the actual cake. I pick it up 24 hours later and the word "delivered" is written in BLOOD RED FROSTING!!! I about lost my mind. The bakery manager helped me as much as she could so after that I left. As I was paying, my check out associate asked how I liked my cake, I clearly wasn't pleased so he called the assistant manager, Britney! The cake experience was a 0/5 stars for sure!!!BUT THIS REVIEW IS SOLELY FOR MS BRITNEY!!Britney came down the stairs from the office and was kind and warm. I explained to her my predicament with this cake and that my party was in 3 hours. She quickly phoned another Publix, when our location didn't have the cake in stock without writing on it. She located the cake at another Publix and she CHOSE to leave this Publix, pick up that cake and hand deliver it TO. MY. FRONT. DOOR. Wow now that's customer service. I kindly told her no no, no way! But she persisted. Within 11 minutes, she successfully secured a beautiful cake, however no writing on the top, and hand delivered it to my home. She took it one step further and brought me lovely, thick plastic dessert plates with a beautiful rim around the edges AND matching cutlery!!! WOWWWWWBritney you single handedly were able to turn that entire situation around, for the good. And for that, I am grateful! You will never know what your kind gesture did for me that night, because I was celebrating the launch of a very important brand that will hopefully change people's lives, for the better. Cheers to you Brittany!

The baggers, cashiers and customer service are great here! They have finally stepped up their produce tho there is still a good bit of rotted fruit on the floor. You can now walk the floor without seeing all the employees playing on their phone.. but careful if you see them talking to each other, as they'll take up the whole walk way and give you a dirty look for saying excuse me because their in your way. They must have moved people around because the deli section is a complete nightmare. For instance I placed a online order and it wasn't ready (20 mins after I said I'll pick it up) finished my shopping and it still wasn't ready, so I ended up checking out my stuff without 3lbs of lunchmeat smh.

Pricey but perfect. Always have what we need. In stock and great service. We stopped for lunch and the kids loved riding the elevator and watching over the store. Pretty cool experience and delicious lunch.

I am an Instacart shopper and I was having difficulty finding an item that was marked in the app as being on a certain aisle. I asked an employee named Kevin for help and it turned out that while he was a deli employee, he still took the time to help me double check the aisle, check their inventory himself, and even get another employee to help me. He was extremely kind and courteous and helped me resolve the issue quickly!

Super modern and clean Publix. The store is laid out like most Publix but with a few cool features. There is a very nice Deli section with a meat and cheese station, sub station, sushi station, what I am going to call the chicken and mac and cheese station and even an olive bar! Across from the area of stations there are quick grab and go items which I love because it makes running in to get something togo on the fly almost as easy as fast food! There is also a "salad bar" I use quotes because the bar is constantly changed out depending on the night, I believe there is a wings night and even a pasta night. I will admit I have only gotten soup and salads but they were both very good. The bakery is super top notch with all of the usual baked goods, and it is really easy to use the app to order specialty items. My favorite part of this store impartiality are the employees, everyone greats you with a smile and a helping hand if needed. Once a sign was miss marked and the cashier was so nice and helped me look it up to see what the actual price was and then ended up charging me the lower of the two prices just for any inconvenience that was caused. The employees that work in the pharmacy are always super friendly and willing to explain anything that you may need. It usually is pretty busy in the pharmacy around certain times but they move as quickly as possible. Something else that is also a little more modern are the self checkout lanes, they are easy to use and there is always an employee up there willing to help if you're struggling with any items. All in all shopping here is always a pleasure and sometimes I end up coming here because it's so much easier then going somewhere where the prices may be a little cheaper.

Publix is my go to grocery store but the Publix Bartram Market location is my favorite one. This place is not only conveniently located near me but every time I go to here, the place is always clean and fully stocked. The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. This Publix has a Flagler Health+ walk in care right next to their pharmacy which is a plus. I recently went to the pharmacy to get booster shot for my son and it was a seamless process. Lastly, their deli section offers ramen and rice bowls in addition to the delicious subs, chicken, sushi and bbq that other Publix offers. Definitely love this neighborhood Publix.

Ordered not one, not two, but three separate cake orders at the same time for three separate days from this Publix! I know, seems a bit overzealous, but hey, when you have one kid, you tend to spoil them.I placed all my orders online via the Publix website. Instructed which order I wanted for each day, when I wanted to pick them up, colors of the cakes/cupcakes/speciality cake, flavors, etc. This could have gone one of two ways, either great or not so great. Luckily for us it went without a hitch.Cupcakes were ordered for my kiddo's school birthday event, picked up 18 cupcakes Friday morning. The next order was for a birthday party and was to be picked up on Saturday. It was a cake I hadn't had from Publix, chocolate cake, chocolate frosting, chocolate icing. It was good, and everyone came back for seconds! The third cake was the most important. Does it matter my kid didn't even eat it, nope, because he wanted an orange dinosaur cake with marble cake, so that's what we ordered and that's what Publix delivered. The best part about all this? You don't even have to walk all the way back to the bakery. When you order a platter/cake, it's waiting up at customer service to be picked up, so can either prepay or pay when you arrive.Pros:-ability to order cake(s) online-Customize your order the way you want it-Pickup was easy, fast, and friendly-Delicious baked goodsCons:-I can't do cake anytime soon, I'm caked outTips: Be sure to give at least 24 hours notice when placing an online order!

Great Publix location which is relatively new. The store is super clean inside and out. All items in stock are fresh and inviting. The store is very modern and laid out in a manner where everything is easy to find. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I was greeted right away when walking in and continuously greeted by Publix associates as I walked around the store. It makes me jealous that this area has such a nice Publix compared the one on my side of town. Makes me wish I lived closer.

I love Publix....but this location stands out for 2 big reasons:Pharmacy - this pharmacy is simply the best....As an ex-Chicagoan, I was loyal to Walgreens....Publix is cheaper, and they always have what I need (can't tell you how many times I went to my "main" Walgreens, only to be told they don't have something so I needed to go to a 2nd location) - In addition, the pharmacist synchronized all my prescriptions (5) to come due at the same time - 1 trip every 3 months!!!!Meat/Butcher - the only one in the area I can get marrow bones for my pups....even if they're not out, just ask, 5 minutes later the butcher has cut and wrapped some fresh ones for me - and they're super inexpensive!Only slight negative is the smallish bakery, however they'll do anything you need if you just call ahead.
