I went to publix to get a simple spinach wrap and i was helped by Ms.Joy. Her name says it all because she was an absolute pleasure and made great conversation. She is exactly what i like to see when entering publix and she honestly made my morning!

Of all the Publix this one is the worst ! I go there on occasion to get the quick bite chicken Which consist of two pieces of chicken and a side. When I ask for a scoop of macaroni instead of fried potatoes, the woman act like I was stealing money from her bank account.
The previous manager told me the policy was any side, but apparently that’s not the case now because the new manager Tom said it’s any fried side.
Anyways, I’m done with this store They’re building a new sprout, New Trader Joe’s, and the fresh market right over the bridge who needs Publix anymore?, Not me!

Whole lotta standing around and not much work getting done. Or at least correctly. Noticed two sale tags that were below items showing they were on sale when really it’s not included. It’s so simple takes two seconds to see if the size ounces is included in the sale. Serious lack of accountability . And this happens frequently. Also I’m only ever seeing managers standing around and they are the ones who are supposed to be noticing that their employees constantly place incorrect sale tags. Sale items are also out of stock the whole bay will be empty on the first day of the new sale
