Philly steak and cheese. I didn't know I needed to ask for it to be cooked. The add-ons say "cooked peppers, cooked onions, cooked mushrooms". Nothing is cooked. All raw. Cheese isn't melted. Sub is cold.

Friendly staff who now recognize me and ask how my sin is doing, sine he does a lot of the shopping for us. Always willing to reach something for me since I use their electric carts. Always willing to help load groceries, even when I have to park far because the handicapped spaces are full.

Same amazing Service as any other Publix. The person who came out to help me with my groceries noticed a limb that was stuck underneath my car and she pulled it out because she didn't want it to do damage to my car I didn't even realize it was there

First time I feel I welcomed at publix. Cashier and bagger didn’t make an effort to be nice. Didn’t smile or greet, their expressions actually showed all the opposite to good customer service. I’m not sure if they don’t care or they know management will do nothing about it. I felt discrimination, not sure if because my accent or my looks “not Caucasian “. They were very and polite with the person right behind me thou. Shawn was the cashier.

This is geared towards North East transplants to Florida and, applies to ALL Publix stores, as they are pretty much cookie cutter whether new or old.Look no further there is NOTHING as good as, for example, Wegman's, down here. Deal with what you have to work with. Publix. Its a monopoly and they have limited choices. They are heavily influenced on assortments and stocking decisions by their corporate headquarters In Lakeland Florida (A haven for hillbillies and right wingers). For the most part decent quality, very high prices and almost zero ethnic, other than at a very southern level of market penetration.

This is the second publix I have gotten raw chicken from.....this was a MOJO chicken. I ate part of the thigh before I noticed blood running out of the meat I had eaten. Publix is good about returning and replacing but it ridiculous that this has happened at 2 different stores in the last 2 weeks. Quality control HAS TO BE BETTER. Someone is going to get sick! I have had 15 major surgeries to my back and abdomen. This could kill me it Im not careful! Fortunately I didnt get sick. I hope management reads this and takes it seriously! The other was fried chicken. From the new Publix in Murabella. I informed the store. I have pics of both.

My go to publix after sons soccer practices. Normally never had an issue until tonight. Got to the deli at 8:34pm, still time for subs for dinner. There was no one in line. We stood there while employees all around us. Not 1 person acknowledged us. Decided to leave. Never had an issue before so hopefully this was an off night at the deli.

Love the place, but I wish their prices were a little more competitive. I can spend $100 at Publix but would spend like $80 at Wal-Mart for the same stuff, then with those savings, I could pay the $13/month for Wal-Mart + and have all that stuff delivered to my house each time I shop for the entire month. I usually take like 4-7 trips to a grocery store each month since i have a big family and if I'm spending a $100 each time at Publix i would be wasting so much money. I could be saving $20 by going to Wal-Mart each time, and then I would be saving around $120 a month by just going to Wal-Mart. You think about the savings amount each month, which is more than an entire year subscription to Wal-Mart +, which means i could buy a subscription and have all my groceries delivered those 4-7 times. The thing I like about Publix is that it is convenient and employees are sometimes more helpful. I think it's time for Publix to step it up and be more competitive.
