Their Air compressor you pay for was broken and deflated my tire. Manager didn’t have an air compressor to help me so I was stranded. No further assistance offered and stuck finding help on my own. Also, sat there over well over an hour and no one went out to place an out of order sign. The cashier was nice but that doesn’t help that it ruined a good 3 hours of my evening.

Honestly I live right around the corner of this place and love it. The staff are always nice. Pizza is great, and they are almost always in stock. I come here often to buy candy, soda, and have tried basically everything in the store(except alcohol and cigarettes, I’m 15) neighborhood is also very nice, I can just leave my bike unattended and come back to it 15 minutes later and it’s still there. The only problem is that it’s a little expensive. But overall, I love this place.

I use this location once a day for gas usually in the morning however today is Memorial Day and I was passing by about 11:15 pm and figured I would fuel up tonight rather than in ths am . Well that was definitely not a smart move. Two people working a young girl and. African American 21 yr old boy . I stood there along with another customer for about 10 min and finally said “hello anyone here?” The boy came from in this back and told me along with another paying customer to use the self check out.. and said it with an attitude as if we were bothering him. Being I needed a tobacco product and the other paying customer was getting alcohol the self checkout option was not feasible. I explained I was getting tobacco and fuel as well as the other customer explained he was buying alcohol and.the boy looked at us with the oddest look on his face and told us to leave the property. I asked if he was serious and his response was that he is calling the police. Now i don’t know if the boy is just looking to cause drama or if there is deeper issues with the young man but either way I don’t think the customer service skills which Race Trac prides themselves was being demonstrated tonight in the least bit.
St. John’s county’s finest (S.J.C.S.O) im sure have other things to be concerned about at 11::20 pm on memorial day. .
F.Y.i. …. I ran into the other paying customer at one of your competitors store a half mile up the road and he was very upset

Stopped in 4/13 for some mid-grade gas. Pump barely moved and then stopped at 1/2 gal. Told guy there getting trash and he suggested a different pump. Moved 2 islands down. Same thing happened. Moved 4 islands down the opposite direction. Refused to take any of my cards. How frustrating! Went to 7/11. No wonder that store has only a 3.2 rating. It probably took family, friends and employees to get that high. Action is needed there.

Great friendly staff. Good selection of quick foods. The pizza is really good. The store is always clean when I go.

Not sure what's going on with their pumps, but every time I go it seems to be a problem. They don't work after it accepts your payment or even after selecting 87 88 89 gas ... and usually one person at the register.

I spent 33$ on gas and they took it for over two weeks after I went in and paid . Very disrespectful people working not helpful at all . They women with the lip ring wanted to tell me after I paid that it wouldn't work . I couldn't get a hold of no one and still don't have my money .DONT GET GAS HERE

Employees are always super nice. But today I am happy because they had hot dogs available. It is truly the little things that keep people coming back. ?
