Ken did an absolutely amazing job on my nails and toes! He fixed the disaster from a different shop! The whole staff was very friendly and the place was clean! Happy to have found a shop I am excited to return to!

Phaly is my nail tech. Very professional sweet lady too. Every time I go we pick out colors. I’m always pleased always have xtra something for me too. She knows me very well ❤️

This nail salon has great service. I have been going to Loi for 3 years and I have never been disappointed. My nails last long and have increasingly become healthier. Beautiful location and lovely peaceful atmosphere.

I am one of the original customers who's been coming to this salon since they opened. I've always left a generous tip (35%) even if mani/pedi didn't turn out great. I've recommended this salon to many friends and family members. I will not be returning here anymore nor will my family or friends.I called a couple of days in advance and requested an appointment with a specific tech. I was given an appointment at the end of the day on a Friday with tech I requested. I showed up on time and they seemed busy. After waiting for sometime, my tech announced to me that someone else will be handling my pedicure which was a bummer because I called days in advance and really wanted her but no fuss. Sub tech, who's done my pedicure before, rushed as if he's about to miss a flight because he had someone waiting for a manicure. When it came to coloring, some other tech sat down who seemed like she had no idea what she was doing and started painting my nails. Alright, I thought, they're busy. She asked me if I wanted another coat; when I looked at my toe nails, I was left speechless. Previous tech absolutely butchered the shape of my nails, I can't even tell you what shape they were. I wanted to cry. I told the lady who painted my nails atrociously that not only do my painted nails look awful but how did the previous tech ruin the shape so badly. She called someone else over and the guy began to file my nails again, telling me that since they're so short, there's not much he can do. No kidding! He clipped my nails that short and misshaped them to the point that they can't be repaired. I asked that they check me out without polish. While at the cashier, the techs began to talk amongst each other in Vietnamese about me and all of the sudden, the woman tech I originally booked an appointment with became available. No thank you. If my business is not good at your place, plenty of other options around. Oh and they tried to charge me full price for the pedicure.Thanks for reading my rant; I hope you think twice before you come here to get your nails ruined at a high price.

When I moved to st Augustine I left a nail salon that I grew to love in New Jersey. I shopped around but nobody cared to make sure my nails were healthy. Then I tried sassy and my dip manicures are of such a high quality I didn't have to look around any more. My nails are growing again and they last longer. I go every 2-3 weeks without fail

I got dipping powder mani and within a day my shellac top coat peeled off on a few nails. worse mani I ever got, unfortunately I was visiting Florida or I would of come back and asked them to redo it.Service: Manicure

I’ve been going to Durbin Nail Salon since they opened, but I have to say, I love this one SO much more!! Every time I’m here I am seen immediately and the technicians actually take their time with each client. My pedicures last for weeks when I come here, where as the other place they would start chipping after two weeks. So happy I found this place!

Clean nails salon. They charged $10 extra for my 4 year old daughter to get different colors. Her nails are tiny and it cost more than it was to get them painted in color. Ridiculous will not return.

I have been faithful to this salon despite bringing family here who were disappointed in the job that was done. I have had a couple of substandard pedicures but shrugged it off but today I am angry. A technician did my nails much too thin so that they basically crumbled. The gel polish also peeled off. I returned to have one fixed and another technician fixed it. He multi tasked through the process so that it took an hour and a half for two broken nails and he didn’t charge me. I tipped him and he told me that they would redo all of them when we had more time. The nails continued to break and I returned to have them fixed. They wanted to charge me a new set. I asked them to just remove the peeling polish and shorten them all and I would paint them myself rather than pay for the service again. I expected at least an apology but that isn’t what happened. He shrugged and filed them down and I am leaving with them like this. I have been a customer coming every 3 weeks since they opened. I wasn’t valued at all. I understand that the tech who made the mistake is not here but a customer shouldn’t have to have a full set done 6 days after the last one. So I won’t be back and leave a bad review. I hate spreading negative reviews but this isn’t okay.

I’ve FINALLY found “my salon”! I’ve been searching from South Saint Augustine to north Jax to find a go-to nail place for almost 2 years! Phat is awesome! I’m a Phan! ;) seriously though, you guys are amazing and I’m a repeat happy customer! Thank you!
