Worst hair cut experience ever! My son came out looking like a two-year-old chopped his hair to pieces, nothing was even and a dog could’ve cut his hair better than the person who is a supposed a trained stylist! Highly recommend you go somewhere else unless you want to look unbelievably ridiculous! There is nothing I can do now aside from shave my son’s hair off to make him look halfway presentable!

Disregard what Nicole's review says under mine. Nicole treated the workers incredibly rudely and the workers responded with professionalism and class. Nicole berated one of the workers without realizing that the employee Nicole kept mentioning had just recently passed and the workers were still grieving. Once this was pointed out, Nicole apologized but still had the audacity to leave a 1 star review?
Nicole, please have some class and do some self reflecting, YOU may be the issue.
For the record, I was entirely happy with my haircut and beyond impressed at the professionalism of the employees. Will be coming back for sure.

Will NOT be back- your job as a hairstylist is to cut your clients hair so they get the style they requested. I consistently would come to Supercuts to get my boys skin fades and this was at best, confusing for the woman who cut my sons hair. He got 2 distinct lines. One that went up to his eyebrows, all the same length, and then a disheveled gradient up to the top of his head, when she used her shears on so as to accentuate this cock-a-teal looking emporer penguin-type hairdo.... no offer to fix it after I had to point out all the uneven gouges. The owner of this shop needs to get people in there that ACTUALLY know what they're doing. Worst $21 spent ever!!!!

I always book an appointment with Deidre. I like the way she cuts and styles my hair. She is very talented and an asset to your company.
Stylist: I stumbled across Deidre after receiving a horrible cut by Lela at your Mandarin store. There was a choice online between Deidre, who was assisting that store for the day and Lela. And I knew I would never allow Lela near my hair again. So even though I live in Mandarin, I drive 20 minutes to Deidre at your Bartram Park store. That's how good she is. Stylists like Deidre are hard to come by!

I really wanted it to work!
Guess how much you can spoil straight bob on strait hair? The reason i gave it one star is because I cannot give less and have to admit my hair is even on both sides.
I especially stopped there to make an appointment with someone who can point cut dry hair. They recommended Deidra (I might spell it wrong, sorry). Guess what I got?! Wet straight cut! There was no way I could convince her to change what she was doing. On top of it she didn’t part my hair the way I wear it, no matter that I asked for that. Now, one week later my straight hair curl at the ends in different directions and I have a shorter strand on one side. But I still wanted to give her another chance to fix it the way I asked and at least point cut it all the way around. I made another appointment. I had to cut my beach walk short in order to be there on time, but I was running couple minutes late. I got I call from her and said I’m one minute away. When I came in, I didn’t see here, nobody greeted me or updated me on a situation, after about 5 minutes waiting I finally saw her washing hair to another client. I asked about waiting time and she said Until I finish! You were late! As a courtesy I would expect her to tell me that when she was calling me, I wouldn’t even stop there. So I left, and I’m not coming back for more TRAUMATIC experience! Oh, I forgot to mention, at the end she said it was her best haircut ever! I usually get lots on compliments on my previous haircuts with another stylist, this time nobody even noticed I had haircut, and of course no compliments either.

Stylist: Deidra, do not recommend, personally I’m not coming back to that salon. I used to come there for about 5 years until my other stylist there left.
