George was so awesome! He was so kind, patient, and funny despite the fact my old service line held up my transfer by three hours. We spent the better part of the morning and afternoon together. He offered impeccable customer service and got me a really good deal. I'd recommend this store T-Mobile store to anyone!

The store manager, Ralo, was really helpful. He had a great personality and great customer service. I worked in retail many years ago, and he is someone I would not only hire but would work for as well. I would definitely recommend visiting this Tmobile store.

Something has changed at this store and the people handling customers are simply clueless! We went for a straight forward upgrade and waited over an hour just to be told that they did not have the phone we wanted in stock. The person manning the counter would whisper and mumble to distract us, we asked if they might receive more phones the next day and he mumbled that we could call before coming to the store.We called the following day and someone at the store confirmed that they did have the iPhone 15 in stock but once we arrived they admitted making a mistake and tried to sell us a more expensive phone,I will never do business with this horrible store ever again.

Drive all the way from Callahan after chatting with ralo about switching from Verizon to T-Mobile he was great and patient with my husband and I and all the questions we had! Definitely recommend CR210 T-Mobile!

I am a long-time T-Mobile customer and I have always found the staff in stores to be very knowledgable and helpful. Tonight, as many other reviewers have commented, the staff in this particular store on CR 210 insisted that we needed to add a new line for an iPhone upgrade promotion. This is completely untrue. Even when given the specific promo code, the associate did not understand well enough to process the proper order. He continued to insist that he needed to add an additional line. To the owner: this is one of many complaints for the same issue. Why have you not properly trained your staff or at least addressed this recurring issue??? You should be ashamed of the level of incompetence you and your staff demonstrate. I will stay with T-mo, but this particular franchise should be shut down by corporate. They are ripping off customers! I will visit another store tomorrow where they are far more competent at their jobs. This was my last visit ever to this location. Don't waste your time here, drive a short distance over to the Durbin location or go to San Jose Blvd.

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Ralo and George! They helped us through every step of the way. The store was very busy, BUT they made sure that you were addressed and knew that they would get to you as soon as they could. Throughout the whole process there was nothing but positive attitudes and a want to make sure that their customers were happy and satisfied! I’ve been a long time T-Mobile customer and haven’t ever had an easier time getting a new phone with such amazing no customer service!

Had a fantastic experience at the T-Mobile store on Ct Rd 210. We dealt with Ralo. He was very professional and polite. He was patient and walked us through all the steps when switching phones. We never felt rushed and he made sure our phones were completely set up before we left.If you need help…give this location and Ralo a chance to take care of you.

Took my family to the T-Mobile Store off 210 and received exceptional service from Ralo. My family of 6 went there this morning to trade in our Iphone 11's for the new Iphone 15. He was very good at explaining the new benefits, pricing, etc. and we were in and out in a few hours. Thanks for the great service!!

Pathetic customer service,1) Sales force at this location does not even know how to breakdown the cost.2) They do generate documents on verbal terms, but when asked to provide written document on agreed terms and coditions they back out.3) I see lots of folks coming to the center and resolving billing issues.The whole Mobile industry should work on simiplifying billing lots of loop holes which is cached upon by this store.

Beware of this store. They added lines to my contract without me knowing (T Mobile Cust Svcs confirmed this). They tell me the lines are in use and told me the makes and models of the phones also, neither of which I have. They can’t remove the lines because of how this stored tied in the discounts. Visiting the corporate store today at Durbin, they tell me this isn’t the first time they’ve heard about similar cases from this store.

I would give it a half star if I could.i wanted to trade in my phone for the advertised iPhone 15 pro and I could tell they didn't want to do the trade even though I am an existing customer.The girl behind the counter had nothing but trouble with my info. After 45 minutes dealing with her, with no success, item not in stock ,pick another color ,re typing my info again and again I decided to leave.to the owner of the store please train your employees before leaving them on their own to figure things out.
