Taco Bell is Taco Bell. But their team members are actually very nice at this location. In at least 5 visits, my order has been perfect every time so far!

Came here to write a review on a really bad at attitude from every person that takes an order and was not surprised to find very low ratings and most of them because of the bad attitude, they just opened and already loosing all their customers. I really hope that they onwner will read this because he or she needs to change his staff. I’m not about to come to this place and spent my hard earned money on a place that is doing me a favor by serving me food I can get in many other places. People choose to come to your location, they don’t have to.

Taco Bell St. John's after thoughts: 1st taste through their drive-thru & I must admit, it was quick & efficient!!! Friendly young attendee who made sure I got my order correct & insured I got my "medium sauce" I requested during order time. Love the industrial design exterior & the interior does look inviting. Order: cheese quesadilla & Nachos Bell Grande minus beef. Food was correctly heated & no issues found in my order. Very happy that after only 12+ yrs, finally got T Bell in our neighborhood. For those unplanned hunger that requires quick resolution, this is a good option! This may not be fancy but sure great for the budget & not bad in reminiscing our "post-club excursions." Don't deny it, we like it a lot!!!" .5 of 5 (2.5 of 5)

This is now our go to Taco Bell, now that it's opened. So far we have had a very good experience going here, hey have always gotten our order right, and the food has always been fresh and hot. My wife loves Taco Bell, so I imagine we will continue to eat here at least once a month for a long time to come!

Before the pandemic of corporate greed... the Nacho Belgrade used to come in a dish twice as big. Now due to the greedy cash grab, they've made the dish half the size, maybe 14 chips. I'm confident they're happy to only give you half the trashy cheese they pay a dollar per gallon for too. The best thing for everyone to do at this point is skip the Tace Bell until they realize their customers are... well, customers. By the end of 2024 we'll be paying $18 for one chip with one grain of artificial beef, trash cheese and a gmo tomotto - but who cares becasue the investors all clapped their hands.

This is best Taco Bell ever and everything taste so good and love how the building is modern and amazing so clean and employees are so kind and nice and kind and friendly and everything so clean and sanitary and organized plus they have new menus and products and to try foods and drinks and amazing wonderful place absolutely joy to come into I would come here 24/7 and it is like piece of Heaven and seriously come here they are opened all day long all the food is made with real ingredients plus fresh and not frozen and give all the employees lots of tips and respect lots of love joy happiness and they work so hard and I appreciate it so much so amazing plus hard working unbelievable workers this place is 10000000% better than chipotle! Trust me it is well worth it and so yummy and fresh perfect anytime of day! From Lauren

Well I rarely eat Taco Bell, but this trip was actually good. I got a basic bean burrito and my friend had the crunch wrap and both were good. Service was fast and friendly. The place was clean and safe. It was lunch time butAll went smoothly.

Really bad attitude with girl taking orders. Told me to go to first window. Sat there for 7 minutes and she wouldn’t acknowledge me, even though her window was open and she was right there. Finally came out and said “I told you to go to the second window. Just go up there. Oh my god”. I literally listened to her take orders and tell others to go to the first window. Regardless of whose mistake it was, who cares? Why so nasty? Why is it a big deal? Pay attention and be nice. Sorry your phone time was interrupted.

Extremely rude employees, I had a mobile order along with a friend. Found out that my friend placed it to the wrong taco bell once we got to the intercom. Once we drove to the first window, my friend was able to replace an order to the location we were at. We waited at the first window to open so we could let the employee know that it went through to the right location, but they never opened the window. When we drove to the second and let those employees know we had two mobile orders. They went on to tell us “We already told you we don’t have that one, you have to check in at the first window, if you want the other mobile order you’re going to have to go all the way around back into the line.” I laughed and began to drive around, until I noticed how long the line had gotten. We then got out and went inside, the lady at the cash register was extremely pleasant and helpful. Food was great, drive thru employees not so much great customer service going on.

We got our order home and there was legitimately no toppings an anything. Tacos, meat only. Burritos, meat only. Nacho fries, meat only. Chalupa, meat only. No lettuce, no tomato, no sour cream, no cheese, none of the sauces on anything. So disappointing.

Food was alright, not hot but not cold either. They forgot to give me napkins or sauces, but the order itself was correct. Food itself tasted okay, not particularly bad or great.

New store with typical start-up issues. When we were unable to use a coupon from the app because this store had not been added, the woman taking the order honored the coupon manually, with a smile. Seemed eager to please.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered thru mobile app and people that ordered after I arrived received their food before I did. Only explanation I got was “order doesn’t go into the system until I checked with the cashier. Waited 30 minutes plus for my order. Will be deleting app and never visiting this horribly inefficient establishment again.Edit:Manager refunded for the mistake. First week open and they were busy. What’s the point of pre-ordering on the app if Im just going to be skipped by next time..
