When I went into tire outlet last week to get my regular oil changed and the overall inspection of my car I was told that my brakes were at zero millimeters on the rear. The 2 times before that I went in for my regular inspections, I specifically asked for my brakes to be checked and questioned them because I knew they needed replaced. They put them in the green zone and said they did not need replacing and were not even in the yellow zone for potentially being replaced. After a discussion with the front desk , my brakes were never even checked the time before and I was lied to about my breaks being in good condition. It makes me question if things were properly getting done or even checked at all for all my other visits.
My rear being at 0mm for how ever long has caused extra wear on my front brakes which are now in the yellow zone and I got them done a year ago. The whole time I was talking to the front desk and mad about the brake situation the store manager (Calvin) was sitting right there he did not acknowledge me once, say sorry or offer anything to me while he just continued to type on his computer.
Do not go here the techs and front desk are not honest.

Received a referral to go to this mechanic shop and to work with Calvin. He was so wonderful to work with! I am a single mother and I have been jaded by many mechanics in my day. This company surely is not one of those. They took such great care of me and had me in and out within a day. I trust the prices as I compared them to other local companies. I’m really excited that I found out about this place. I surely recommend it.

Excellent service. TO replaced two tires and rotated the back tires to the front for me. They pointed out a discrepancy made by the tire chain I previously went to (rear ones were smaller size than front ones). They also did a safety check and examine on my vehicle and pointed out that I will need new breaks on the front. They were not pushes on my buying them that day. Also, the guy at the front desk recommended I get a coupon online if I were to have the service done with them. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience here.

Outstanding customer service provided by Calvin and the rest of the team. My tire popped on the way to drop my son off at school. Luckily I was close to the Durbin location so I carefully drove over. Walked in and was greeted by Calvin who assisted me. He was able to get a courier to pickup my size tire and deliver it to their location. They got my tire taken care of and didn’t push other services that are not needed at this time which is so refreshing. I would highly recommend for your needs. They offer other services as well. Thank you!

arrived early for appointment and they got me in early and had no problem taking care of an extra service I added to the appointment. Definitely will be regular there for our families car services.
