I AVOID ALL WALMARTS! However since it's the closest I thought to give it a try but the level of unprofessionalism and incompetence is 2nd to none... We've had several issues with this place and this environment in general has taken a turn for the worst also, so we avoid this area of Durbin for sure! This monster has come in and it's sucking the life out of this community... the development that's taking place in Durbin is a crime and it's disgusting how they are messing up a beautiful area that was once home to mom and pop shops... we will have a empty mall in 6 months they hire the worst employees so the stores stay empty... it's never stocked, just managed very lazily and very poorly and embarrassment to this section of St. John's county so sad! The last straw is they broke the engine dipstick off in my daughters 2018 car engine leaving her with repair bills that were over $500 (towing and $400+ in repairs) and yet treated a crying young girl so mean, nasty and calloused that even the police officer was pissed with the manager for doing the coward thing ...issuing my daughter a trespass instead of helping! Just gross unprofessionalism. We happily avoid this area... nothing but a commercial bucket that will be empty soon ... or so overrun with homeless the crime reports have only escalated as we knew it would cause "that's the walmart crowd..." isn't a compliment, respectfully, Lol.

Bakery: I always thought everyone was very nice at this particular location but not today at the bakery! Asked to have the lady behind the counter to put a name on a cake and you would have thought I asked her to make a fresh one!!!! Put the cake down and left. They also had very little to choose from. Went to Winn Dixie and had a great experience!

Great customer service and quality product. And the prices can't be beat. Got my glasses after picking them out in 4 days, and the young lady was very nice as was the 1st lady who helped me initially.

I left my mom (95 yrs old) there with 2 employees while I shopped in the store. When I came back a short while later, not only had they helped Mom pick out a nice pair of glasses but she and the 2 ladies were chatting up a storm!

Stopped by this location to grab a few items. I will say every time I come here, parking can be a bit problematic. We were greeted when we arrived. The store was pretty clean, things were put away, and items seemed to be in stock, which isn't always the case. The only section I'm not a fan of is the food section, it can be hit or miss. The self checkout line wasn't long and seemed to go pretty quickly, which I appreciated. All in all it was a fine experience.

I checked out the liquor portion of the store this visit. It has a separate entrance and isn't accessible from the main store. They had a pretty good liquor, wine and beer selection and the prices were good.

This Walmart is a third world country. Staff doesn't even speak English. They just look at you, smile and say "uh huh". No clue what you're asking. Packed with rude foreigners that do whatever they want. This Walmart is never stocked up with anything. It's the worst Walmart I have ever been to. This place is very chaotic. No organization whatsoever, and the parking lot always smells like weed. You would think in a neighborhood like this. It would be a lot better and more professional.

They never have anything in stock compared to the other Walmarts around me. It's very hard to walk around the stores when you have people doing in-store orders, taking over all of the isles.

Dr. Couzens is excellent. I have seen her for over 5 years and followed her from the Mandarin location to Durbin. Very clean office and I love that there is an outdoor access so I don’t have to go into Walmart if I don’t have to.

My hats off to the hard work and dedication of the associate who this evening chose to announce the store closing every two minutes, loudly and obnoxiously over the intercom. Glad for the reminder. And glad that took precedence over helping the crowd of customers you created at check out. Keep making those announcements, while us customers fight out way around all the blocked and clogged isles, to rush out so you all can “clean & restock” after hours. Place is a joke.

Do not. I repeat. Do not order any groceries for pickup from this store! My pickup order was scheduled between 9-10. I got there at 9:50 and therir pick up is hard to locate as it is on the side. I finally pulled up and checked in at 10:01. I sat and waited for 15 minutes. Until finally they came out and said they cant give me my order because they are closed and I am late. I would understand if I was very late but it was by one minute and I saw the baskets with my minimals grocery order right by the glass doors. I called corporate to complain about this and they said there is nothing they can do and to the call the individual store. I tried calling every department in the store for 15 minutes and no one picked up. I am not a karen and I have never left a review like this before for anything. But this is ridiculous. It felt like a slap across my face. I'm clearly not someone who has a massive amount of income at my disposal and these groceries were going to be my dinner after a 12 hour work day. Now I have to go to sleep hungry and angry. I work in customer service and this is not how you treat your guests. I will never order pickup again from walmart.

It's a nice big Walmart. But I am extremely disappointed in my experience while shopping here. When I went to check out I picked the line we're the lady didn't speak English. I got home only to realized I was over charged. Also, no one answers the phone.
