“First off let me start off by saying I had such a great experience the store... the owner was very informational very friendly and wanted to help... broke my phone on a Friday right before an important trip before the weekend took it down there around noon luckily the owner is smart and keeps things in stock and had my part there.... and after thinking that it was going to take a day or two he had my phone fixed and ready to go within just a couple hours absolutely saved me for the weekend... would absolutely 100% recommend this place for anything I will be sending all of my friends and my family here when they have broken gidgets and gadgets... absolutely great experience!!!”

She ended up calling The Tyrone AT&T store on 66th ave N. and by a streak of luck they had one in stock. I was in and out of the store within 10-15 minutes. They successfully transferred my large amount of data to another phone. They were also were able to set up my appointment to install the new Verizon fiber that just arrived in my neighborhood and made me aware of the latest perks. “I am so lucky to have found Xcell Wireless Repairs. I was not able to charge my iPhone and it was Saturday. I drove to several places that I found online and they were not in business. Going home I spotted Xcell. I stopped in and there was a very knowledgeable person, Jorge, whom I trusted immediately. He diagnosed the problem accurately, charge port needed cleaning. Only $40 and my phone was repaired in less then 30 minutes. Thank you for being honest and trustworthy. I could have been taken advantage due to my age and inability to understand iPhone. He told me I could take some of the classes that they provide. What a good business and repair guy! Jorge is the one!”

“I stopped at 6995 34th St. bc I got a replacement device after my phone was stolen. The replacement came without an Sim card and for some reason the esim wasn't loading. A young man named George at this store worked his tech magic, and after doing several things, finally got the phone turned on with the assistant of ProTec support.
