Claudia helped us out when our Alamo rental died and roadside assistance left us hanging. Still wasted 2 Hrs from our vacation because of bad cars and poor phone support. But at least we felt we found someone that cared in Claudia and her branch manager (name?)

Claudia was so friendly and helpful! Here on vacation and I booked a vehicle here for two days to zip around town and this location was great and service was quick and efficient. It wasn’t crowded and every time when I called, it goes straight to a person (Claudia) and not a long winded automatic robot.
