Multiple reviews highlight exceptional customer service at this location, specifically praising an employee named Mike. He is described as honest, accommodating, professional, very knowledgeable, and kind, providing great conversation and getting customers in and out quickly. His service makes customers feel like family and inspires strong loyalty, with one reviewer stating they will always rent from this Hertz above others as long as he is there. Michael was honest and accommodating. No EV (Tesla or Kia) ever at his location, although reservation was for EV. Manager Joe at Clearwater branch assured me he would have an EV sent to beach location and failed to deliver which was disappointing.
