“The Hive is an amazing and welcoming studio with the friendliest and most supportive staff and instructors. I've been taking classes over the last several months, and have come to look forward to my days at The Hive because, well, clay...and also because it's like a little family. Members are always quick to give advice and to offer help and guidance to those new to clay. There are always ceramicists available to answer questions (even ones you may have already asked once or twice), and classes available throughout the week. The studio is always buzzing with creativity. I highly recommend.”

“Every time I go in, the owner and her staff help me find exactly what I’m looking for, and I usually find a few more things while browsing. Last time I bought a small cabinet which has truly transformed my bedroom. Love this place!”

“So cute and priced fairly. Love the curated selection and searching for hidden treasures in every corner of the store. Was immediately drawn to the gorgeous rattan shelf displayed on the street which let me know I was in the right place.”

“gorgeous space! theres thoasands of beautiful items to oggle at and its difficult not to buy it all. there are a lot of locked cases so it can be kind of awkward if you want a large selection of things, but its understandable because the place is so huge it would be very difficult to deter shoplifting otherwise. nevertheless this is the best antique store i have ever been to and every visit makes my day”

“Lots of great items. Store was clean and well-lit. They did a nice job organizing similar items together to keep a vibe in each room. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to see everything.”

“Vladamir was very kind to fix a simple piece of jewelry of mine for free! His store is an interesting mix of Russian cultural pieces and hand made art and jewelry. Lots of cool matryoshka doll sets. Will return when I have more time to shop around.”

“It was a pleasure wandering around here, and I saw lots of things I wanted to buy, but I had to make a choice. I purchased a vintage Valentino watch that I look forward to wearing. It is delicate, and gorgeous. I love it. The people working there were friendly and fun to talk to. Right now I'm doing self-isolation because of the Coronavirus. There is no known cure.”

“If your an advanced collector of antiques and fine art or looking to decorate your mansion, Burchards is the best in the bay area- probably most of Florida. If you are on a budget or a flea marketer Burchards is most likly out of your league.”

“Walter was the first gentleman that I spoke to. He was very professional and prompt! I learned from my very first conversation that they care more about their reputation than the almighty dollar! Most of the auctions and consignment places I have spoken to take 50 percent. Granny's Auction is very generous and only takes a 25 percent commission. I had the opportunity to interact with Nels and Leslie as well. They took time to talk to me and answer all of my questions. These people are very detail-oriented and take the time to let you know that they appreciate your business! They are experts and present in a detailed knowledgeable fashion! It truly was a pleasure and a Blessing to work with Granny's Auction!!!”

“I have always loved the place. However I was disappointed that they no longer rent out space to our local residents. That was the fun part, finding cool things. Now it is just another store. I hope they keep the post office.”

“Lot's of very interesting pieces to see and to bid on come auction day. It's definitely another way to shop as well as find unique things nobody and no place else will have. Stop in and the wonderful associate will guide you on how everything works!”

“This place is pretty cool if you like antique shops, but plan on spending time, because I do not think you could possibly see everything. Prices for the most part seemed reasonable, or what you would expect to see for quality.”

“Amazing selection of items in all different themes and styles. They have furniture, post cards, clothing, kitchen dinnerware, vintage toys, and just about everything else in between. Some prices were just too high for what it was, but hey, I feel like you'll find that just about anywhere you go nowadays. The employees were all very nice and when we went, there was a coffee food truck outside. They were also selling beer (I think? - or some other beverages, I didn't order any so I couldn't say with certainty but people were carrying around cups of beer so I'm assuming that's what it was lol) inside. Great place to walk around and browse in, if you're into this type of stuff. Support local and stop by next time you're in the area, I feel like there's enough stuff here for everyone of all ages to enjoy!”

“Excellent place for antiques. As in most antique shops individual sellers have booths. You can find everything from antique furniture to games, lots of Fiestaware, older Electronics, glassware and tons of bric-a-brick.There are lockers for larger purses or car keys.Prices vary from one dealer to the next, with some being high, some being low, and some price just right. They have a great selection of clocks. This is a well arranged fun antique shop.I've been to the auction held periodically, but really didn't find it interesting at allHighly recommended.”
