“I bought a Springfield Arms 10mm with red dot here. The owner had no issue finding me the best price and ordering it for me. That was really good but we had an issue with some of the magazines I ordered being the wrong type. The owner went ahead and took care of the situation by ordering the correct mags and keeping the wrong type. The situation was resolved in the best way for me, no hassle. Cut to 8 months later. The red dot that came with the pistol stopped working. I went back to Castle Keep and they handled the warranty claim for me. You may save a nickel or two by ordering online but the customer support I have received from this company truly makes buying local much more valuable. Just the fact that I did not have to pay shipping to and from for a warranty repair makes me happy.”

“Good customer service. I didn't have any issues like some others have. I placed a decent sized order from them on Black Friday. When I received the package it was missing one of the parts I ordered. I sent an email to let them know and I got an email back with a tracking number for the part that was missing. The response time was a bit slow, but it's holiday rush and they even sent out an email explaining they were behind a little. Overall I'm happy with my purchase from them.”
