Terrible experience. First made me go to another location, did not have car I was promised, staff was rude and ignored customers and then gave me dirty car that needed an oil change. Do not us Hertz in St Pete!

so far Hertz is awful. They are so unorganized and i swear no one works at a Hertz. im simply trying to speak to someone who works there an everything is automated and they cant pull up my reservation. So dumb
