The class of car I rented was not available at this location and they told me there was not one available anywhere in St. Pete. However my daughter called Largo (20 minutes away) and got us a car. Why reserve a car when they don't have it available????

I used this hertz location for rental services paid by my company while my fleet vehicle was being repaired. Awesome customer service. We don’t know why there are so many bad reviews! We have used this location so many times and it is always a perfect experience. Clean cars, fast pickup and drop off and incredible customer service. Rob is amazing and we always look forward to seeing him!
