“Weren't planning on actually purchasing today but wanted to get an idea of what we wanted before we shopped around on pricing. Tom was working the north location although he doesn't usually work at that shop. At first we thought he was just going to pitch us the most expensive bed but he took the time to break down each type of mattress and address what we were looking for. We were pretty much sold on one but he insisted we go look at some other models at their store on 4th and 30th before we purchased. We did go to that shop and found one we liked even more but wanted to check out a softer version. They didn't have that one in their showroom so Robert referred us to another company that carried it just to make sure we got what we wanted. We decided to stick with them and got the model they had on display. Can't believe how easy they were to work with. We ended up spending a bit more than we originally planned but after trying out the original models we were thinking of getting, then trying out the others I feel we made the best choice for what we needed.
