Staff won't give you all alternatives, will lie to you and try to rip you off

Poor customer service this location opens at 11am on Sunday even though Google says it opens at 9am the store advertising certain phones but inside the store does not physically have them and it doesn't participate in the promotions that are being advertising.

This place is a sham they sold me a 4G phone and it was supposed to be a 5G phone and two weeks later I had to pay my bill again
