“Rick and his team are 1st class. They provide options, recommended components and install the equipment. Rick and his team have literally transformed our experience for home entertainment. Sony 4K+ television picture is amazing, looks like we are there. That paired with Sony receiver and SVS speakers and sub - no need to ever step into a movie theater again. Outside kitchen with Samsung Terrace television allows for viewing in daylight while in the pool. Sonos everywhere else gives us so many options. The setup and fine tuning provides a complete package. Wish I would have done this sooner.”
“Verizon was clean and well lite. Definitely nice place to shop. Not a whole lot of people inside so someone came up to you to ask if you needed help. Which is good. No wait.”

“I have to say this man Ben that works very hard and is incredibly friendly, I can't help but to accept this type of wonderful staff for any 7 -11 store. I am very confident and comfortable knowing that I get my stuff whenever Ben is running the store. You want coffee? He'll get it done. You want your chicken tailor made to your liking? He'll get it done. I want to go to that store because I KNOW I have friendly outgoing service. This man is spot on with everything. he is and assi get to he multitasking very well in my opinion this guy Been has manager skills tenfold. I'm just suprised he isn't a manager. Ben handles erratic customers very well that come in this store. You should hear the stories hahaha. Lastly, it's my joy to go to this store as well as the other one he works at in Pinellas Park. Because of Ben's outgoingness alone, I stopped going to Wawa's and Circle K. He makes everyone feel so comfortable as well as the other staff here especially Nicoy and Jagger.”

“Jenn is the best manager this place ever had! She’s quick with service, got me in-and-out in no time with several items I needed for my new place in St Pete! So far she’s helped me with a tv, mattress and a dryer that was flooded during hurricane. She treats me and my kids like family every time we go in and even hooks my little son up w candy to put a smile on his face! After three items from Jenn at Happy’s I can say we will continue to go to her for all our needs in purchasing for our home! Will is also very helpful when making payments and very knowledgeable with technology. Did I mention Jenn even helped me load my truck with my tv and dryer?! Can’t beat the service at this location…just called in for an iPhone and she hunted one down at another store for me…thanks Jenn! Keep up the great work!”

“I go over there for the coffee. Actually it's for the creamer. It's probably my favorite one. 7-Eleven or race track are my choices so depending on what's in the area and this time it was 7-Eleven. I just had a croissant sandwich and it was okay. For $2 I'll take it when you buy a coffee. I usually get their apple fritters because I'm a huge apple fitter fan. But to be honest I'm only getting them because of what they look like. Cuz I don't really actually like them. But mostly because they look good and I'm a sucker for advertising and they're right there by the cash”

“The customer service at this location is outstanding. The women Pua and Jessie are always going above and beyond. The always have a great attitude, smiling. And helping me get the best deals. They make sure to not make anyone wait often working two registers at once. Also the new woman who works in the morning, she talk and black, pretty and told me about the ghost, she's outstanding as well. All the attributes I said Jessie and Pua share, she does as well, I just can't remember her name. But between the three there's usually always at least one of them working. Because of this, and how I look forward to going to 7-11, I have y been to aBP in a couple months despite them selling the thca and thcp (I now go to the smoke shop for that and 711 for convince items. Really 711 should start selling smoke stuff, but I digress. I just really hope these women are paid what they're worth, several dollars above minimum wage.”

“I'm sad to say that I don't frequent Target as much as I used to, due to Amazon, but it was nice to see so many staff people stocking shelves, and ready to assist. The store was very clean, near and tidy. We were delighted to see dog treats on sale. Our chashier was delightful. So friendly. I must make a point to shop at Target more often.”
“After receiving a new Lenovo laptop that I purchased from Best Buy, I followed the set up instructions and activated the automated set up and the system appeared to power up ok; however, the system had to rest itself a couple of times so I brought it to the Geek Squad folks to make sure my the set up process properly synchronized to my email and other devices. Although the system response said I was “ready to go”, I noticed a lag in performance and as it turned out, the system really hadn’t finished loading several other required tools including the Trend Micro antivirus software that it needed to properly operate. I was very glad I brought it back to The Geek Squad Computer Specialist “Aaron” at Best Buy in St. Petersburg as he quickly identified the problem and fixed it right away. I was amazed at his knowledge, expertise and speed at which he worked to overcome incomplete software loads, resolve password issues and updating email accounts. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing to adjust the computer settings and the possible reasons for any conflicts that occurred with the software, accounts and app functions. He was very persistent and effective in applying permanent fixes to my computer. I have worked with many other computer and IT specialists in other places but I have say Aaron is an expert and also very pleasant and professional to work with. I also get very good service from all the other computer specialists at the Best Buy store in St. Petersburg, Fl and highly recommend their services to anyone. I look forward to using Geek Squad again for any of my other computer needs. Thanks!”

“The 7-Eleven I just visited was exceptionally clean and well-run. The entire store was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the bathrooms were honestly some of the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a convenience store. Everything looked maintained with real pride in the location.
It’s a good reminder that even a convenience store can be run at a high standard when management cares and takes pride in the environment. Quick stop, but a genuinely good experience from start to finish.”
