My phone was acting up and giving me a lot of pop ups like I have 72 virus and to clean it. So I stopped by the store at Tyrone to get it fixed, but there were too many pop ups so I decided to get an upgrade. Thomas helped me pick a reasonably priced 5g phone that I absolutely love and he also showed me what to do when a get one of those bad pop ups so that I don't have to buy another phone (lol).

I had the best customer service at this location Manuel and Tara is the best not only did they help me get my phones back on they was very patient and understanding I would definitely be going back to them for future problems if any very good friendly and professional customer service

Went into this metro earlier this week to get a new phone for my boyfriend. The gentleman helping us was really friendly and excited to show us the phone options in our price range. He showed a lot of passion for the phones he was selling and made the experience comfortable and exciting. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name but he helped us settle on the OnePlus Nord… so if that helps identify him (: give that man a bonus and a promotion

These guys ripped me off for $700 on a $250 phone! I went in to purchase a new phone for about $250. The salesman told me I would receive a Party Box speaker, tablet, phone case and screen cover for FREE. I was charged $188 and everything else was no charge only to find out that I'm on a lease plan for a $500 phone! Metro Corporate has done nothing so far to correct this RIP OFF!

I was taken advantage if at this store! I went in to buy a new phone. I was asked How much I wanted to pay. I stated about $250. I was offered a Samsung for about $250 and they would include a Party Box speaker, tablet, phone case and screen cover for NO CHARGE. I find out later that the clerk RIPPED ME OFF FOR $700! I paid $188 that day and found out I'm on the hook for a $500 phone! I was charged for all of the FREE stuff and put on a payment lease plan for the phone. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES! It has been reported to Metro, so far to NO AVAIL. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. LIARS AND THIEVES!
