Had a SUPER nice sales associate, Carter, help me check out. I had purchased an online order in a panic and ended up liking stuff i tried on at the store more. He helped me return my online order and was very patient and polite.

I would give this store a zero if possible. The manager Amanda was EXTREMELY. I wanted a top and they didn’t have my size anywhere in the store but on the front mannequin. I go up to the manager Amanda and they say. “Um no can’t do that” is the answer I received. But instead told me I can order online. Okay no problem except they didn’t have it online… customer service doesn’t exist here. NEVER GOING BACK.

Thank you to the amazing manager that went above and beyond to get our phone back to us that we left in the dressing room on Sunday evening. When we got home, we realized we left the phone somewhere. We called it, he answered and let us drive back to meet him outside the food court after the mall & store closed. We tried to offer a cash finders fee but he wouldn’t accept it. There are amazing people in this world, and you sir are one of them!!
