Went in and purchased three items, then came to check out and he couldn’t find my account. He tried a different way and finally found it. I came in today with an online return and the manager on duty was so extremely helpful :) She walked me through my options, helped me complete my return, and it was the easiest retail transaction I’ve had all year. Thank you so much!
