“Went in yesterday to try some scrubs on as I recently lost weight and definitely needed some new ones. I knew the brand I wanted and color and they went to work helping pick different tops and pants. Not just a few, but several sizes, tops, pants, fits, etc.. until we found the one that looked the best! They were so patient with me and just amazing! I did feel bad leaving the clothes in the dressing room... (there was ALOT!) I will Definitely buy more again soon! Next pay day (LOL). Thanks again!”

“I am writing this to give the absolute highest praise to Emily at the Tyrone Square Mall Macy’s beauty counter. For literal years, I have struggled to find a foundation shade match that actually works for me. I’ve spent countless hours in other beauty stores over the years leaving empty-handed and frustrated, but working with Emily completely changed that experience.
From the second I walked up, Emily was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive. She actually sat and listened to what I was looking for, taking into account all of my preferences rather than just pushing popular items. I never once felt rushed or like I was taking up too much of her time. Her product knowledge is top-tier, and the suggestions she gave were hands-down the best recommendations I have ever received in a store. Emily is extraordinarily skilled at what she does, and her customer service goes above and beyond anything I expected. Macy’s has an absolute gem on their team with Emily! Thank you Emily to finding my forever foundation!

“I stopped in to get a gift for my young nephew. I know nothing about hats but the manager Alex hooked me up! We found the perfect hat and he said he could customize it for me. “Attention Macy's shoppers! If you would like a great experience, I suggest you visit the Tyrone Macy's. I found a great buy on the "Clearance" rack. I go up to the register to pay and hand Linda a tattered store credit issued on sales a receipt. I couldn't begin to tell you how old it was. But picture this, it was so faded I had written the bar coding numbers on it before it completely faded away. Linda did her best and called in the Calvary. Albert, calling Albert to come the "Inc" register. In a matter of minutes a neatly dress gent came down to help. Albert tried inserting the numbers at that register. It also didn't work for Albert. He went further and took it upstairs. After a short while he came back to get me to come upstairs. There I was introduced to Michael, who was on the phone with Corporate getting instructions how to use the store credit. I was beginning to feel very guilty for all their hard work. Sitting next to Michael was Beverly cheering them on. After a second attempt, Albert successfully processed my purchase and handed me a brand new store credit with some sage advice not to wait so long to use that credit. We all laughed as I said I'd be sure to take his good advice. From there I wandered a bit longer till I found the prefect use for my store credit...Godiva chocolates. I got to revisit Rosa at Customer Service which where I started this adventure to return some items I purchased on line that didn't fit. Rosa warmly warmly greeted me again , rang up the purchase and handed me $1.42 in change. Thank you Rosa, Linda, especially dear Albert going beyond the call of duty, Michael and Beverly. I'm forever grateful to you all.”

“One simple word. FABULOUS. My husband and I moved to the Edge district recently and this little gem of a gay men’s clothing store turned out to be right in our backyard. Convenient, yes, but more so than that, we found out how much they are dedicated to our community. The first time we went, I noticed how Tony and Jordan KNEW their patrons in the store and immediately came to introduce themselves to us and show us around. We were shopping for swim trunks that day and heard what we like and guided us along the way. And were not shy to say if something didn’t work or fit right. That’s honesty. That’s genuinely caring about your customer. As pride month rolled along, we kept running into them, whether at pop up spots or on the street, and they always had that same warmth we felt from the first time we entered Atlas. And their prices are not jacked up like some stores do. Support gay owned businesses, brothers. These guys are great.”
