“I needed propane for my RV and drove to Frank's based on so many good reviews. Indeed - they are good and they have propane! Frank's wife helped me back my rig into the tank and I was done and back on the road in about fifteen minutes. (I drive a 34' motor home and it was not a problem backing into the tank.) They were very pleasant to deal with and I paid them cash. (I knew they were a cash business - and that was not a problem at all!)

“The staff at this location have helped reduce the stress of a move during which nothing has gone anything like hoped or planned and optimism has been a liability. I've spoken to Jeremy and Richard on the phone and I believe the GM at the location. I'm grateful for their help in reducing the stress I'm dealing with, despite my delays undoubtedly affecting their days. Nothing but empathy and positive energy from their end. Still refuse to correct problems now we have bigger problems .
Grateful that we could get these problems fixed that had been happening. We no longer have a pond. Saul the district manager came out. Looked at the situation and they had spent 2days to fix these problems and make them right. He was understanding and had solutions. Having a great experience last few days.”

“Maybe I got lucky, but I received excellent service from TECO. I called and let them know that I wasn’t getting any gas. An hour later a nice gentleman came with his truck and got things going. He was very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised in a world where service seems to be going down the toilet.”
