“I needed propane for my RV and drove to Frank's based on so many good reviews. Indeed - they are good and they have propane! Frank's wife helped me back my rig into the tank and I was done and back on the road in about fifteen minutes. (I drive a 34' motor home and it was not a problem backing into the tank.) They were very pleasant to deal with and I paid them cash. (I knew they were a cash business - and that was not a problem at all!)
I will certainly use Frank's in the future! Thanks for PROPANE!”

Still refuse to correct problems now we have bigger problems .
Grateful that we could get these problems fixed that had been happening. We no longer have a pond. Saul the district manager came out. Looked at the situation and they had spent 2days to fix these problems and make them right. He was understanding and had solutions. Having a great experience last few days.”

“Needed a last minute trailer rental. Went here was able to rent a trailer with ease. Ebony was so professional and assisted us with an easy checkout process.
The guy outside was also extremely helpful. His name was Dorian - he is such a hard worker! Working in extreme heat conditions...he had the biggest smile and most friendly attitude!!! The equipment was in great condition, the check in and out process was smooth and easy. Would definitely rent here again!”
“Maybe I got lucky, but I received excellent service from TECO. I called and let them know that I wasn’t getting any gas. An hour later a nice gentleman came with his truck and got things going. He was very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised in a world where service seems to be going down the toilet.”

“Both Joe and Haley were great. I rented a trailer for six hours, forgot to extend it, and brought it back late. Haley went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of, and when it came time for the refund, she got Joe involved. Joe was happy to extend the rental and refund the insurance I accidentally added, even though he didn’t have to. Real good people over there. Pats on the back all around — five stars.”
