“I was so impressed with the service I got today! Charrisma went above and beyond to make sure I got the most out of my wash, going so far as to personally assist me in the pre wash area. I was so grateful because it was my first time at this car wash and I didn’t even know about that section but she went even further and helped scrub my car. She also was so friendly and smiling and really made me feel like she loved her job. Great experience.”
